Amazing beach and swimming
This hotel has a great location with a superb sea view from the pool bar, the beach is easily accessible and the staff are friendly. Over all a good stay

AMAZING
Had the best time here!!! The entire staff made the stay special (Ramon and Lidia from the bar, Maritza the lifeguard from the pool), they all made you feel welcomed and answered any questions you may have. We had all-inclusive, the food was great and choices of drinks were good. The views are unmatched! We had an ocean view room, breathtaking. It never got old. There wasn't a safe in the room and the wifi could have been better. I brought a lock for my suitcase and that was sufficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning next year!

Decent place.
A well kept hotel in a quiet and pretty town, great for day trips to many sights. Parking is free and easy on the streets nearby. Food is “all-inclusive” style and is decent, but being charged extra for drinks incl non-alcoholic was irritating. I don’t mind paying but they should charge the room instead of asking for cash right away. The pool is nice. Rooms are big and clean.

As you stated, drinks on half board basis have to be payed for, but we do offer an All Inclusive option, which include alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Wonderfully pretty location, lovely hotel.
Absolutely delighted, the location is 100% beautiful, three small cove beaches, clear water perfect for snorkelling. Food was great and varied, the all inclusive is very recommended. Hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and really wanted you to enjoy your holiday. Brilliant entertainment staff made you feel so welcome.

Perfect for what we wanted x
I wanted to take my son away and he loves the sun and I always wanted to go to Mallorca so I found Hotel Simar! The photos, the reviews were all what we wanted, I just hoped it was like it was described and it was! I am already returning as I truly loved my experience there, I felt incredibly safe and well looked after, the food was amazing I did all inclusive and the hotel room was spotless, brand new, everything was there for you. My son bike ride played pool & archery and spent a lot of time swimming, we loved our time here & the staff were so attentive and welcoming. Totally recommend

Very good overall. Our first all inclusive which worked well. Friendly staff ...good food...pity there was only coffee available after breakfast ...but none was available in the dining room after lunch and dinner...this changed during our stay. Nice location ...quiet..good facilities for an excellent price...Pity the staff on our check out didn't show any interest in how we enjoyed our stay ...Stuart was excellent when we arrived...friendly and so welcoming...overall ...a great wee relaxing stay

We looked out into the mountains so it was lovely.
We had a wonderful time and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food was generally overcooked and sometimes inedible. I object to other guests filling juice and water bottles from the machines in the dining room which is very unhygienic and should be addressed. The hotel is extremely clean and in an idilic position. Ala in all we had a fantastic holiday.

Cheap clean hotel, food ok tho not amazing, clean comfortable beds, nice quiet hotel and resort great for a chill out! Loved the area, great market at Pollensa! Lovely 3 local coves each slightly different great for swimming. Felt very safe and friendly.

Great little find
Great hotel for the price that we paid £50 per night for two all inclusive. The food was very good and so where the drinks. People staying at the hotel are predominantly either Russian or Polish. The resort of Cala San Vicente has hardly changed since I went there as a child in 1966. very quite and relaxing place.

Definitely not a 3* hotel. Tired very dirty rooms. Rude staff. Terrible food. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL, there are plenty of other places to stay in this beautiful area.

Noisy hotel very close to the beach
Dissapointing. You need to pay for everything in cash: the wi-fi, per day or three days. And it didn't work. Pay for the water at the table, pay for late check out. My room was damp and with an strong smell. The view magnificent, but a shame really. Builiding work started at 8.00 am when you are on holidays it is to rest, not to be waken up by drilling machines. At night the disco went on until 11.00pm. The hotel needs to learn to take care of the customers.

Bad start, turned into a really good week.
My holiday started off pretty badly as the hotel was overbooked and myself and my son were put into what I can only describe as a service room which had no window, a sink in the bedroom and a toilet and shower through a door. There was not enough room to move around the bed. I was assured by staff that I would be given a sea view room the day after. There were several people experiencing problems and shouting which unfortunately turned into a pack mentality and was not good. I could not see how verbally abusing the staff would resolve the situation or make them want to help, therefore I was polite. The next day I was given a large sea view room with a wrap around balcony and a flat screen TV the room had remote control air conditioning and was really nice. They had various activities around the pool area for both children and adults and shows of an evening. The upstairs sunbathing terrace was really peaceful and had fabulous views over the bay. The pool was large enough to swim and children were allowed their lilo's etc. Food was available all day, if it was not breakfast lunch or dinner snacks such as hot dogs or burgers were provided in between. There were 3 beaches close by all of which were really pretty. The hotel is small enough to be able to get to know the other guests and was a very friendly place. We met some really lovely people. Both myself and my son thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend Windsurf restaurant which made lovely fillet steak .

Before leaving for our holiday I phoned Expedia to check that we definitely had a room at the hotel, after reading some dreadful reviews about no rooms available and being transferred to different hotels, The hotel confirmed with you that a room would def be available when we arrived ~ guess what there was not a room and we were transferred to the Don Pedro next door. Reception when we arrived was full of disgrungteled guests all of which has been shipped out for several nights. Anyway the next day I called in at 10.30 and was told to come back at 12.30 when a room would be ready, after insisting that they check I was eventually allowed to go to the ready room at 10.45. The room was very adequate nice and clean with lovely views for no complaints with that. They just need to get their act together and stop telling lies!!

Très bel hôtel bien situé, mais à bannir en demi pension, devoir payer 1€ le verre d’eau à table le soir est inadmissible, de plus le personnel de la cafétéria peu aimable. Si vous êtes en demi pension vous vous sentez épié à chaque passage du personnel. De plus, notre chambre étant située en dessous de la salle de réception, nous étions déranger par le bruit et par la mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre. Déçu également lors de la remise des clefs de la chambre puisque aucun personnel ne nous a souhaité un bon retour ou encore demandé si nous avions passer un agréable séjour et encore moins de remerciement. En revanche le personnel de l’animation et super ! Les animations sont variées et s’adapte à tout le monde.

Les poubelles face à notre 2e chambre,sorties à minuit et vidées à 6h00 du matin !!! des odeurs de fuel sous notre balcon, nourriture horrible, réfrigérateur de la chambre en panne, les moteurs des chambres froides sont situées à côté de certaines chambres...donc ronronnement incessant chaque nuit. Tolle Lage
Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer . Der Ort ist sehr ruhig nichts für Leute die etwas erleben möchten oder die Abwechslung suchen. Mit dem Mietwagen sucht man jedesmal einen Parkplatz. Das Hotel hat 3 Sterne das ist OK es war ein günstiger ruhiger Urlaub.

Un hotel comodo cerca del mar.
Nosotros estuvimos muy bien atendidos y muy cómodos. Es un hotel ideal para desconectar , es muy tranquilo y sobretodo tienes el mar i la piscina muy cerca. Esperamos volver muy pronto. Lo aconsejamos para descansar. Ademas tiene muy buenas vistas del mar vayas dentro del recinto del mismo hotel.

Nada más llegar nos informan de lo maravillosos que son otros 3 hoteles de la cadena y de lo horribles que son las habitaciones en este. Con lo cual nos "invitan a marcharnos sin más" Creo que con esto no tengo que contar más sobre mi aventura en globales. Pase de ir a un hotel en una zona tranquila al norte a irme a una zona masificada. Vamos una maravilla.

Il penultimo giorno siamo venuti a sapere, dalle animatrici italiane, che l'albergo era appena stato riaperto dopo anni di chiusura e che il tutto era ancora in evoluzione. Freundliches Hotel in der TOP Lage!
In Hotel Simar übernachte ich schon als ich ein Kind war. Die Lage ist einfach top, nah zum Strand zum Geschäft. Der Entscheidungskriterium für das Hotel ist eindeutig die Lage. Im Restaurant findet irgendetwas zu essen aber nicht wirklich zu genießen. Sehr viel Fleisch und immer gleich, Tisch sehr eng zueinander, Zimmer war sauber und von der Größe OK, allerdings hellhörig im Badezimmer. Man hat das Nachbar Badezimmer (Toilette) gehört ....

Die Buchtlage ist super, leider aber auch das einzig positive. Kostenloses Wlan gibt's nicht, Personal ist nur semi motiviert und die Zimmerwände sind Pappkarton gleich. Frühstück sehr englisch und wenig abwechslungsreich.

Ligger godt hvis du ønsker ro. Vi havde lejet en bil og det var godt. Maden var ok - vi havde bestilt halvpension - vi skulle nok have bestilt med all-inklusiv, det havde næsten alle andre og det havde været rimeligt billigt ved bestilling.
