“Not impressed”

This hotel is genereally used by German and Spanish tourists (which is not normally a problem), we were the only British couple staying at the hotel. The hotel staff treated us totally different and were more friendly/helpfull towards the Germans and Spanish guests. Our hotel room was left wide open after the cleaners had been in, luckily nothing had been taken. We complained to the Manager on Duty who said that this is only a small problem. No further action was taken and we were not spoken to again regarding the security of our room which I feel is unacceptable.
