This an absolute 5 star experience. From the moment I got there to the time I left. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing. The views and access to the beach were great. There isn’t one thing negative about this place I could think about. Highly recommend this place.

Upgraded our room which was lovely, only downside was the shower which flowed onto the tiles in the bedroom area. Spoke to reception who assured us they would sort it before room was used by other holiday makers. Would highly recommend for a short or long stay. Wonderful staff, great breakfast and all round a very pleasant experience.

The Hotel is amazing wonderful staff, very polite. The rooms are very clean and tidy, plenty of choices at breakfast good food. Location ideal for the beach restaurants and shops, only 12 minute taxi ride from Palma Airport.

Amazing beach front property. Very clean and incredible staff. Everyone was very helpful in every capacity. Very convenient location as well with super markets nearby and a cool shop around the corner of the hotel family owned making the best sandwiches. If I had any downside it would be that there is no room service and going as a married a couple a queen size single bed would have been better than the 2 double beds. That made it very difficult to sleep together. Otherwise it was an excellent property.

Poor room conditions.
The staff were very accommodating, and the half board breakfast and dinner meals provided a large variety of options. We did experience issues with our room with the shower drain not accommodating the amount of water from the rainfall shower head and flooded the room. The fridge also did not work leaving all drinks inside hot.

We loved the hotel. The room was tiny, but extremely well designed. We never felt confined despite the small space. Staff were always friendly and happy to answer questions. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. So many great choices. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion all provided.

I highly recommend staying here! First of all, it’s close to the airport, port of Palma, and is right by the coastline. There are numerous stores, bars, restaurants, and a park around the area. Across the street are several car rental places and behind the resort is the sea. The rooms are designed to maximize space, amenities, and offers a balcony so you can enjoy the view of the balearic sea. They have an ice and water machine in all floors and provides a glass pitcher with glass cups for consuming. The staff is very friendly, capable, and helpful. I cannot stress enough how much I enjoyed my solo stay here! I would definitely go back and stay here.

The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and multiple bars, restaurants, and shopping options along the boardwalk. Everything was clean and the staff members were all very helpful when we had questions.

This property is in the perfect location! Very close to the beach and is surrounded by many restaurants. My only problem was in the description it said “all-inclusive”but only breakfast is included. Which was totally fine, but a little misleading. Other then that the staff was amazing and I loved how eco-friendly the hotel is.

I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights recently. The hotel itself was nice, but didn’t love the area as much. It is very touristy and there are constantly people trying to sell you something on the beach. I wish they had played music (sometimes they did but it was very quiet) at the pool and made it a bit more lively. They were constantly out of pool towels, with no idea when there would be more. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming & helpful. The bar inside didn’t stay open super late and a few times we came home late and wish it had been. The breakfast buffet was good and there were so many options!

Staff was nice and service was on par. Only complaint is that when hot, AC isn’t able to keep up. They automatically turn off the AC for the entire property from 1800-0600 each day without asking. Asked both nights we stayed for them to help, slept uncomfortably it was so hot—32C . Will stay at another resort next time. Martina and Rafa were excellent tho!

Excellent staff, gorgeous views from the roof deck
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the staff were a highlight for me, always quick to help and assist you however they can. The lady on the bar at the roof top pool was wonderful and friendly, I beleive her name was Maria. Also I had a massage by Monica which was first class, I wish i'd stayed long enough to have another one. Th eroof top sun bed area is lovely and peaceful with fantastic views. I would stay again!

Great beach location, hotel and grounds very clean and tidy. Standard rooms are small we upgraded to a junior suite which still wasn’t spacious but was adequate. Nice toiletries and hairdryer provided. Safe with no charge and beach towels too. Breakfast was good with a great selection.

Superb hotel across from beach.
First class hotel with first class food, decor and service. The hotel is in the Arenal area of Palma and is around 10 mins by taxi from both the airport and city centre. The Sky Bar area is fabulous with excellent service from Maria who also kept the sunbeds in order and was also very helpful with any local information which we wanted. Reception staff also very good with local knowledge and must mention Stephan who served us around the pool area. Always smart and with a smile. All in all a lovely hotel experience. All inclusive and no kids....perfect.

The pictures are slightly deceiving. It looks like an all inclusive that is on the beach, but you have to walk across the street and the beach chairs are public property. You have two options 1) pay 50 euro a day for a beach chair 2) sit on the ground. The food was great, only buffet style though served at strict times. The property is really pretty and comfortable. This was my first all inclusive in Europe, so perhaps this is the norm regarding food and beach.

Great location right near the beach. Great for walking along the seafront promenade and for buses to Palma. Hotel decor very modern and fresh. Everywhere extremely clean and staff very helpful and friiendly. Breakfasts were good lots of choices avaliable . Pool area was nice but you had to be quick and early to get a sunbed. It was lovely and peaceful no unwanted noise. Would definitely use same hotel again.

Beautiful, relaxing vacation.
Amazing, stylish hotel. We liked everything here except the slow check in. The check in staff were very gracious in spite of the deluge of travelers at our arrival time. The breakfast was fabulous. The amenities were clean, modern, and beautiful. The hotel is on the beach. It offers fabulous sea views. The rooms were smallish but had a large balcony that we enjoyed daily. We really loved this place.
