Things to KnowPosted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: It was really beautiful
Cons: I believe including the room safe in the room cost, as well as instituting a towel card system would eliminate the feeling of being nickel and dimed
Location: Beautiful stretch of beach, but only mediocre food.
1) The room safe is not included in the room price and costs and extra $17 Euro for the week, this is the first hotel I have ever been to anywhere in the world (and I have traveled extensively) that charged for the room safe 2) This hotel (and area of Palma) is very popular with German tourists. As such, the hotel caters to Germans and are a little weak on their English 3) The hotel is not equipped to give recommendations on activities or restaurants, some of the front desk staff can provide this information, but they cannot be relied upon to be knowledgable. Even simple questions like how late does the bus run from Playa de Palma to Palma run were provided with 3 different answers by 3 different staff members 4) The hotel is beautiful and has a lovely breakfast

Quirky rooms good servicePosted May 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
Additional payments for wifi and late check out, unnecessary for a 4 star hotel.

Good hotel to stay on the beachPosted May 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed here 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. Hotel is ideally located on the beach in Palma De Mallorca. Food quality at the main resturant breakfast and dinner buffet was not very good. The outside resturant and DJ was great. We sat there many hours enjoying music, drinks and people watching.

Modern clean hotel without much charmPosted Apr 24, 2014
Pros: Clean, near the airport
Cons: Limited parking, one rather overworked but friendly receptionist, the rooms are pretty small.
Location: On a charmless concrete strip near the airport. However, you get a view of the sea and a smallish pool.
We only stayed a night on the way to the airport whereas the hotel is rather more for longer stay all inclusive customers. As an overnighter it was fine but we felt that whilst pleasingly clean and modern, the accommodation was cramped and the surroundings pretty limited. If you want more than half and hour wi fi you have to pay, which is pretty outdated nowadays.

Very nice hotelPosted Jan 14, 2014
Pros: The staff and rooms
Cons: It would be picky to suggest. This is a good straightforward hotel.
Location: It is on a seaside strip, set back about 50 yards from a long sandy beach. Palma is about 25-30 mins away by bus and is delightful for a 3 day visit
We had a 4 day short winter break and found the hotel to be very good. We had a superior double room with a sea view (well worth the extra money). Breakfasts are very good with a huge buffet available. The staff are an asset to the establishment, very helpful and attentive. In January the local area was pretty well shut down. This seemed to be partly due to January, and also due to the economic crisis. We were told that fewer Spanish people were there than in previous years. The downside of this was that there was a shortage of local restaurants available in the evening. Most of the guests (about 75% German) had diner in the buffet restaurant, and it did look very good. The problem is that we preferred local restaurants. The bus service is very good. 1.50 euros (paid to the driver) for the journey into Palma. The airport bus is number 21 and is 3 euros each way. It gets to the airport in 12 -15 minutes and stops right outside the hotel. Taxi is about 20 euros. There is 30 mins free wifi in the lobby per 24 hours.

From check-in to check-out, everything about this hotel was excellent. The Reception staff did an excellent job and were extremely friendly and spoke English very well. They couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel was bright, clean and modern, the rates were very affordable. Dinner was buffet, both fresh and delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, even though it was only one night. Highly recommend this hotel!

Had the wow factorPosted May 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
could not have hoped for better, the hotel made the holiday. Would return again and again, the view from the hotel rooms were to die for. Breakfast was outstanding, everything was replenished and the staff were extremely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, help was always offered. The hotel was by far the cleanest and the best that I have ever stayed in.
