Website description mentions a pool table, which had apparently be removed years ago, a sauna which makes no mention of the £10 charge, and a jacuzzi which is colder than the pool. Not a nice area for British people as you will struggle to find any others in the immediate area. However, the staff were very polite and helpful.

Amazing hotel
This was an amazing hotel with amazing service, all workers were very polite , and had variety of food in order to accommodate everyone need, Thank you for making my stay more enjoyable. Amazing facilities as well 2 indoor gym out door gym and swimming pool and jacuzzi very happy

Was a bit worried about some reviews. Mid week stay not as noisy as some say.was a few groups arriving for weekend as we left. Food was ok didn't ever feel hungry. A little far out from were I.t happens .would recommend for midweek stay would not fancy a weekend.

THE FOOD!! The hotel was ok for this price. Well,we booked a room for 3 person. When we arrived in the room was only a dopple bed and the size of the room was also for 2 person. Some hours later we got a 3rd bed. We had no hair dryer in the room and we should have pay deposit for getting one. The same for the remote control. About the food: We have booked an all-inclusive accomodation,but it was a really bad choice. The food was fast always uneatable. Looks good,but the taste was... awful. If u planing to go there, I would not advice to pay for half-board or all inclusive. Even not for breakfast...You can buy everything outside and much better meals and better prices....

Not Adults! Mostly drunken teens
There were a lot of broken items when we entered our room, the hotel walls are super thin and you can hear everything!!! Apart from the drunk teenagers yelling and screaming all hours of the day and night, and the blatant sexual harassment from the adolescent guests, the food was really good.

If you do anything with this hotel, i can sum it up in one word.. NO. The hotel is in the early stages of change and is nothing what you will expect. the hotel proclaims to be a music hotel but with no music. the pool bar closes at 6pm and then they open a reception bar. the pool was so busy and was still in sun and a lovely day but we were forced in side to continue drinking. when inside and still drinking we were told to keep the noise down so reception can book people in. what sort of hotel does this. if the pool os busy and people are sunbathing then keep the pool bar open. the rooms are very basic. clean and ok for a short stay. one power point in the room above the ned which is useless and 2 power points in the bathroom above the sink.. very clever lol. staff are ok. they talk way too much to the other staff while ignoring customers. they wonder off and do not attend to the job in hand as they should be. the food is very poor. is mostly dry and inedible if you come down after an hour. not much in the way of options. all drinks are ok but basic. most come out of a fruit machine. the hotel is very noisy. do not stay here if you are expecting a good sleep. they put in wood flooring to cover up concrete and it makes the place dusty and noisy. why they did not put tiles like they should have. bathrooms are very small, they have basically converted old flats into a hotel and not done it very well. is more like a hostel than a hotel.

Es handelt sich um ein Sporthotel, daher sind Fitnessgeräte vorhanden, aber anderes als gewohnt sind diese in einem sehr guten Zustand. Prima! Das Personal ist auch äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lediglich das Essen könnte abwechslungsreicher und nicht ganz so fade sein. (Stichwort Fertigrührei).

It was okay. The shower curtain had a few disgusting spots, some towels were not really clean, and the bathroom layout was super weird. But for binge drinking a weekend on Mallorca, it's a fair deal.

Hôtel trop bruyant, le mobilier est vieux et l’entretien et le ménage des chambres est ni fait ni à faire. Pas de climatisation dans la salle de sport. Il y a tout à refaire en revanche le personnel est très courtois et la nourriture acceptable.

Katastrofe hotel
Forfærdeligt hotel der burde Max havde 2 stjerner. Man skriver under på en kontrakt om at man ikke må springe fra altaner eller råbe på værelserne ved ankomst. Ingen faciliteter som hårtørrer og køleskab mv. Ekstremt lydt, man kan høre alt fra naboer og gangen. F.eks. en fuld tysker som hamrede på en dør i 1 time for at vægge kammeraterne som åbenbart var bevidstløse. Yderligere var der myrere i morgenmads buffeten. Vi måtte pakke og forlade stedet efter en nat…

Upon request of the local authorities, the hotel must be able to present such a document from all our guests. Approaching reception and letting them know of the noise coming from the neighbour another room would have been assigned to you upon availability. Please, do not hesitate to communicate any issue to our reception team during your stay. Our team goal is to provide solutions to our customers in order to offer them a very pleasant stay. Our reception also provides hair dryers upon request.Regarding the ants, we would like to apologize to you very much, but due to the climate zone, high temperatures and natural surroundings it can happen that ants also reach the hotel, especially if there is food available. Die decke im schlaffzimmer war mit schimmel und der putz/farbe löste zum teil. Aber für diesen preis war es voll inordnung. Bis zum ballermann 6 sind es ungefähr 25 gehminuten.

Hotel plutôt bien situé à S'Arenal et proche de la plage et restaurants. La zone risque d'être bruyante car assez fréquentée par des jeunes. L'hôtel semble avoir été rénové il y a quelques années, les lits sont confortables et la salle de bain juste correcte car le système WC est encore à l'ancienne.

Belle accueil excellente cadre très beau a laccueil , apres la chambre c'est different les finitions laisse a desirer le plafond craqué dans salle de bain je pense quil y a eu des infiltrations d'eau sinon perso cela nous a pas plus gener car on passé notre temps a l'extérieur bemol compliqué de trouvé un place pour se garer
