Nice place but a bit dissapointing.

Pros: The grounds and pools are lovely and the lane pool is big.
Cons: The drinks - vended cocktails, cheap warm wine and bad beer.
Location: The location is great - get a tourist map as some of the restaurants and bars are hard to find.
First of all, I have no issues with it but this hotel is predominantly German which may disappoint some people. I find them great. The staff were on the whole unfriendly and made no attempt to make the stay special. The food was fine but the drinks were economy range - cocktails are made in a vending machine, the white wine was warm some days and they don't do a nice pint. The rooms are a bit tired and the blankets smelt old. On the whole the place needs a bit of a revamp internally. The grounds and pools on the other hand are great and the location overlooking the sea is lovely. If you venture out at night, there are great restaurants and cocktail bars - get a local map. On the whole I had a lovely time but the hotel internally, the staff and the all-inclusive drinks could do better.
