“great value esp for off season”

This hotel is about 10k from palma but take the 25 bus(or 15 but it takes longer) a block from hotel for 1.25 euro and you get dropped directly at the Cathedral so location is NOT an issue and being here in off season this hotel is close to lots of bars/restaurants/clubs that are open year around and within10 mins walk or less. My room was basic but clean and comfy. Hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. Pool area outdoors was nice and just past the pool is the beach lined w bars/restaurants/shops. Breakfast was included and the buffet had plenty to offer such as cheese, meats, breads, pastries, eggs, omlete station, juices even CHAMPAGNE!!! Load up on breakfast and it will hold you until dinner with just a light snack at some point in the afternoon. I would def stay here again so don't let the distance from town scare you and if you want to be in the middle of the action during season this is a def great location. I stayed here alone as a woman and felt safe (that might be different during the summer since it gets crazy). Also when arriving exit airport and hop on the 21 bus for 2 euro and it drops you almost in front of hotel and it takes 20 min or less....so easy and cheaper than a taxi. Hotel also had entertainment/shows in lobby but I was never around for them not sure how they were

“No complaints.”

Week long stay. Room was clean. Bed was good enough. I have no major complaints. The hotel is in a German party area, so yes, there was some noise, but I was never disturbed at night. The breakfast of the hotel was always good enough. They let me keep my rental bicycle inside the hotel.

“Great stay”

Family of 3. 2nd year in a row we go to this hotel. Very nice location, good food. Hotel lifts are in need of a serious revamp. Lift's are very small, not working well, only 2 lifts in total. Noise from youngsters drinking on the beach all night.

We had a pleasent stay during the low season (beginning of april), due to the season, the hotel was pleasent end quiet.......The breakfast buffet was really something gorgeous and the sauna-swimming pool was great......seems to be a place "specialised" in german people.......the hotel had lots of things that need to be repaired, and lots of details that are not really a 4 stars service......

“A good beach Hotel”

It is overall a very good Hotel for the price. The breakfast is very good and the swimmimg pools are great. The SPA and indoor swimming pool close at 6pm and 7pm. It is just by the sea. If you are learning German is great, otherwise the whole location is full of Germans and everybody speaks German. In restaurants and other public places by the area they struggle a bit speaking English and even Spanish sometimes. In the SPA you have to be careful, there is high probabilities that you can find totaly naked germans walking around. It could be even more disturbing when they are over 60´s. The location is ok, just 35 minutes bus ride to Palma, and around the Hotel you can find almost everything! There are many good German restaurants, night clubs, etc. On winter time most of them are closed but still many places to go. It is highly recomend to rent a bike and go to Palma. Ask at the front desk for rentals. Good shows in the Hotel at night.

“Not for famalies”

First, I will start by saying this hotel doesn't accomadate for families as stated on thier website. We arrived at 0930 and check-in was supposed to be 1300. You would think as rooms became available they would let guests check-in. Wrong, not only did they not let us have a room, our room wasn't available until 1400 and we had two children that needed a nap. Second, I was supposed to have an oceanview standard room but was told that they do not allow expedia guests to reserve a sea view room and since I had a family of 4 (myself, my wife and two kids which are 3 and 1) I needed to be upgraded to a deluxe room without a sea view. They upgrade was free and the room was spacious. However, it came with a big price. Their deluxe rooms are all on the street side of the hotel located across from a few bars and clubs. One bar in particular was called Bier Konig and was a large warehouse like building with an open roof that played like music along with tons of drunks chanting and singing until 0500 every night. This made it extremely hard for us and our children to get any rest as we constantly heard the music and drunks outside our hotel. The hotel staff was very unfriendly and unwilling to assist us. The breakfast and dinner meals were decent. The only positive about this hotel is that the rooms were nice and clean. I would never recommend this hotel to guests with famalies and overall I was most dissatisfied with the hotels customer service skills.
