Overall a nice stay, reception staff was very friendly on arrival and made sure we understand all the facilities from the hotel. Breakfast was okay, swimming pool was quite basic so we didn't spend any time there but headed to the beach instead, which was convenient as the hotel is right next to it. However the check out did let down our overall experience as there was only one staff at the reception at the check out peak hours (11am), she had to manage guests inquiries, guests wanting exchange of pool towels, plus the numerous people in the queue waiting to check out ....

Modern hotel right by the beach
It was a very pleasant stay. We got there pretty late and there was some life show, pretty loud but we didn’t hear anything in the room. The room was very comfortable and modern. Hotel is very close to the beach, if we are ever in the area will definitely stay here again.

La estadía en general excelente. Todo muy limpio y el personal muy atento. La ubicación me pareció genial, tiene muchas opciones de restaurantes y además tiene otra playa cercana a la que puedes ir caminando. Muy recomendado!

The staff was very rude. Insulted my wife several times. We were very confused by the all inclusive aspect. If you are an English speaker, I would not recommend. Not English speaking friendly.

The hotel was nice and clean, very simple interior. Unfortunately, the rooms were a lot smaller than expected and because we needed a baby cot it made the room even smaller and difficult to move around in. Payment is required for the safe, there is no kettle or ironing equipment in the room, however the shower is nice and there is also a decent balcony with a drying rack for wet clothes. Staff were all lovely and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend doing anything more than a half board. I do feel the hotel lacks a bit of atmosphere and music in the reception/ bar area and pool would be beneficial. The pool may be a bit busy during peak season, I don’t think it is big enough for the number of people in the hotel.

Booked and paid in advance for 2x rooms with side sea view only to find out that one room had no sea view at all. Asked reception to sort out only to be told to wait until day 3 and to pay extra 40 euros to change the room. The receptionist also said that if the room has 5 cm of sea view then the description was correct! On top of that despite me asking a week before the stay to have the 2x rooms together the hotel didn’t arrange it - we were on the same floor but in two different corridors. If this was a small hotel you could understand, but given 7 floors and 118 rooms it just show that they couldn’t care less! Perhaps it was because we didn’t buy the all inclusive option. “Deal” mis-sold for one of the rooms.

Confused about the place
Issues with organizing child duvet/pillow, ac didn't worked in our room and after reporting it wasn't fixed. There was no housekeeping service on one of the days that we where staying. No one informed us about children play room on second floor, list is long but the major issue here is that reception staff is not speaking english and that was preventing us in correct communication resolving issues ....

Loved everything. But I understood that there was a heated indoor pool. Unfortunately this was closed permanently last year. Chose this hotel because of the pool so was disappointed.

First time to mallorca
We had a very nice visit to the area, I would recommend the hotel and surrounding region. We ate outside the hotel for dinners and we enjoyed the hearty breakfasts provided by hotel. ..the beach is very nice too. We took city bus from airport and that worked just fine. The street fair was great for ambiance and shopping, also many great eating establishments right by hotel. Rooms were very clean and well maintained, great bath shower gel provided in wall mount container.

The room was very relaxed and nice But there were a lot of hairs on the floor and the bathroom. My wife asked the room service if they could clean the floors They did clean the floors but never touched the bath room floor. Besides that everything was nice.

Nice hotel close to the beach
Lovely clean hotel, perfect location right beside beach and one minute walk from local bus stop. Regular buses to explore local villages or express bus to Palma. Reception staff were very patient and helpful while I practiced learning Spanish. The beds were comfortable, room cleaned every day. TV with multiple language channels. Only downside was hot water pressure for shower, poor but just about manageable. I stayed on bed & breakfast only, good breakfast with great choices, including gluten free and vegetarian choices

My emergency trip
I was visiting a relative in hospital and booked this hotel at the last minute on the day. It was competitively priced and facilities were fine but the single room that I had was very basic and more suited to a 2 star hotel. The staff were very helpful and the food was okay.

The hotel location was a little difficult to find the first time. I certainly am not happy to have to pay 10 Euros for my three-night stay for wifi. Especially after coming from Croatia where the wifi seemed to be everywhere and free!

we had a very pleasant stay athe perla hotel. It was mostly german and swiss but that did not bother us. The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. our room was a side sea view and was kept very clean. Beds were made every morning. Good choice of food and presented well. We stayed at the perla in 2014 and the standards have not dropped. It was so good in 2014 so we took 2 friends with us. they enjoyed it too.

Hotel staff spoke almost no English. Guests were mainly German, and the Hotel Perla catered solely to them. However, I expected that when I booked, so not a big issue. The big issue was that Hotel Perla catered VERY poorly for disabled guests. The steps to reception are steep. There is a ramp around the corner, but once you go up the ramp, you find the door is locked!! We spoke to reception about the locked door, and was given a key. There were no signs at the ramp/door to say a key is available. We only found out because we asked. We spotted an elderly man with an oxygen tank and mask try to get up the front stairs. We helped him up, and told him about the ramp, and to ask for a key. There was no help for him from hotel staff. No aircon in the bedroom, no fridge, no tea/coffee facilities, room small. Fridge supplied at extra cost. Only way to get aircon is to upgrade to a much more expensive room. Temp outside over 30 degrees most days. Indoor pool - no outdoor pool. We were booked bed & breakfast, and the breakfast was quite good, but the bacon and sausages were Spanish style, rather than UK style (as expected).

Excellent value beach-side hotel
Stayed four nights in rooms 508 and 510. Rooms functional and clean, and large enough without being spacious. Rooms had balconies, with two chairs and a table, and superb view of the beach and sea. Amenities at the hotel were very good. Indoor pool empty most of the time, despite hotel being near full. On second floor is a large sunbathing area and a small court with a goal at each end which saw good use from my two grateful sons. Also an outdoor table tennis table but, for most of the time, so windy that Jan-Ove Waldner would have struggled to play on it. Buffet breakfast was very good, a wide range of food, good coffee and real orange juice! Only gripe is that the croissants were nondescript but, thankfully, there was so much other food to choose from. Took the evening buffet (16 Euros, half price for kids) on three nights. Again, choice of food was extensive and, whereas it's not the best buffet I've consumed, it was very good. Evening entertainment was not really my cup of tea, but seemed to go down very well with the younger kids staying at the hotel, and with the coachloads of older guests. A bit of flamenco, a film/music quiz, a comedy show, etc. etc. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would have no hesitation returning there. The staff were all really helpful, and when the manager goes out of his way to make you feel welcome in such a large hotel, you know they are confident they've got it about right.

Lovely hotel right on beach
Great location and very clean hotel. Indoor pool wasn't used much. Public areas clean and bright, staff all very helpful although they couldn't speak much English and no other English speakers were staying there. The room was supposed to be a triple for me and two teenage daughters but was a cramped double with a camp bed you tripped over going to the bathroom or balcony. This spoiled the experience so I wouldn't return to the hotel again. The food was average, the all inclusive drinks range was good, the entertainment was mixed, from excellent jugglers and an acrobat to an in house entertainer, Karim, demonstrating how men from different countries pee, toilet humour? Not my cup of tea.

Cheap hotel, did not meet expectations.
The hotel is in a quiet area right on the beach. The rooms are very small and have no air conditioner. The food is okay and catered towards Europeans and got old for us real quick. For all inclusive, they use premade mixed drinks which are mostly sugar, and they use very low quality alcohol for things like rum and coke (not using Bacardi). The room is small and does not have all of the amenities you might be used to like irons and conditioner for your hair. We rented a car and were able to find street parking for free very close by. There is also a bus stop right across from the hotel that can take you around the island. Americans are used to a different all inclusive experience. This hotel did not meet our expectations. We would have preferred to pay a little more for something more American-like.

Hôtel très bien situé mais avis mitigé
Séjour de 5 nuits en famille (nous avions réservé 3 chambres). Si l'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé sur la plage, la vue depuis certains balcons de chambres "vue partielle sur mer" est très décevante (vous devez vraiment vous pencher au-dessus des garde-corps), contrairement à ce que montrent les photos sur le site. Hôtel très bruyant toute la nuit (des cris dans les couloirs, les pas des personnes) mais aussi dans l'environnement de la piscine en journée. Qualité correcte des repas et personnel sympathique et très souriant. Qualité des cocktails pas au top (différence de qualité entre cocktails all inclusive et payants) et service bar très lent. Bar de la piscine fermé le weekend et donc pas de surveillance piscine. Seulement 2 ascenseurs dont un très petit pour plus de 150 chambres. Wifi très lent. Vous devez payer pour réserver un transat en bord de piscine ainsi que pour les serviettes de piscine/plage.

Die Zimmer waren leider sehr sehr klein. Der Fernseher konnte nicht verstellt werden, so dass die 2. Person nicht richtig gucken konnte. Es gab kein Wasser auf den Zimmern, die Minibar war leer und für den Save musste man bezahlen. Die sowieso schon nicht so vielen Liegen am Pool können reserviert werden (gegen Gebühr). Da das fast jeder macht, hat man kaum eine Chance auf eine freie Liege bzw. wird von der Liege geholt, wenn doch noch jemand eine freie Liege mietet. Der Pool ist auch viel zu klein. Die Snacks zwischen den Mahlzeiten sind auch nicht gerade ansehnlich. Abendunterhaltung gibt es nur Montag, Mittwoch und Freitag. Am Wochenende braucht man sowas wohl nicht. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war auch immer frisch und lecker. Für jeden was dabei. Leider kann man nur im Untergeschoss (Souterrain) essen, einen Außenbereich zum Essen gibt es nicht. Wir werden trotzdem nicht wiederkommen.

Decepción
La habitación con vistas laterales al mar una decepción, deberían de explicar "extremadamente laterales", la limpieza muy deficiente, cinco días en el hotel y los mismos residuos en suelo de moqueta del pasillo, tuvimos que pedir jabón al tercer día para la ducha ya que no había ni el primer día ni el segundo. Para colmo después de pagar en metálico, recibo una llamada del hotel reclamándome el pago que no estaba satisfecho. Lo siento pero no recomiendo en absoluto este establecimiento.

El día de llegada tienen que tener jabón en la ducha por lo que voy a averiguar porqué no fue así, mis disculpas. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen ist wirklich fabelhaft, tolle Zimmer, super Lag-wir sind sogar noch länger geblieben als geplant! Rundum gut, wir kommen gerne wieder:-)

De kamer was eerder klein, maar uiterst proper en comfortabel. De maaltijden waren lekker, gevarieerd en vers. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wat misschien als minpuntje valt te beoordelen in het hoogseizoen is het eerder kleine zwembad. Maar de strandstoelen aan zee zijn een waardig alternatief als je toch een zetel zou moeten huren.
