I loved every minute of my stay in Malmo. Then entire city is clean and so beautifully casual. The hotel room was was very good value for money and pet friendly too. The smorgasbord breakfast was amazing. I love your town!

We were really comfortable at this property. Breakfast was nice and fresh each morning. Wish you could open the windows in the rooms though.

Lovely spacious room right in the centre of Malmo very handy having kitchen in room too.Breakfast choice was really good even had special area with gluten free and vegan foods definitively recommend this hotel

Hotel położony centralnie. Sniadanie i obsługa super. Niestety nie ma możliwości serwisu do pokoju, ani możliwości zamówienia kawy czy ciastka w kawiarni między godz 11 a 16. Bardzo smutny, ponury wystrój pokoi.

We stayed as a family and unfortunately the beds were not comfortable (we asked for an extra topper but they said no and gave us a half duvet instead), none of us slept well. The room was very basic (despite having a kitchenette). The breakfast put on was extensive and tasty, although a couple of hours latest my eldest got food poisoning and as the overnight dairy oats were the only thing of difference we ate we fed back, but they did not seem interested and after one message about it stopped replying. It ruined the last couple of days of our holiday. The service was generally friendly however. Very disappointed that they stopped responding to their messages when asking how to make a formal complaint.

Good location to explore Malmo. Nice hotel generally. We paid for onsite parking there were limited spaces and individual parking space was small. There was no window in our room which made the room a it uncomfortable and stuffy as there is no fresh air.

I expected more. I was in this hotel 3-4 !years ago and had great experience, now... not so god. Fist I couldn't go to breakfast when I want, I had to chose time slot, but the one suit me was already fully booked. If you go to the weekend trip with your family, I dont want to be waking up for breakfast. Also, paint job needed, at least in corridor on floor 6. Rooms could be cleaned better. Overall disappointed😞

I’ll start of with the bad parts then move on the good. The corridors could do with a bit of freshening up. Some parts of the hotel look very tired indeed. The room we had didn’t have a well functioning air conditioner. We had trouble with it throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. Nice variety and well stocked up. What got me to actually write this review of my stay(because I never usually do it) is the staff. Extremely professional, helpful and pro-active. Whatever issues we had that they could solve were dealt with quickly, efficiently and with a smile. Much appreciated.
