Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Outdoor patio/picnic area was very nice, and there was great wifi. Room was very clean and we slept well on the king size bed.

Property was dated. Also with king size beds, can we get larger pillows. One small half pillow was a joke. AC/Heater unit was very loud. Staff was friendly and courteous.

While it’s an older property, it has a great location, easy parking with many options for ground floor entry. Beds were comfortable. A great deal for the price.

The room was clean but in desperate need of refreshing. There was a musty smell, and mold or mildew on the window frame and some stains on the bedding.

Not locally owned. I had a room in building 300. Hall carpet smelled. No deadbolt on room door.I moved a chair and propped against door. Throughout night there were very loud noises from extended stay residents. Leaving next morning there were piles of garbage outsde door...half eaten meals, brussel sprouts, beer cans. Will not go back, ever

Very nice Office staff - owner. Bathroom door and tub had large paint chips. Bathroom sink area had dead bugs on counter and room had 13-15 mosquitoes when I arrived (without my leaving the door open).

LOTS OF FLIES IN THE ROOM!!!! Killed 15 over the course of the evening and early morning. Room was ok, flooring needs to be fixed by the dresser (coming up about 3 feet in front of the dresser). Nice A/C though

Did not like ectric outlet behind bed without outlet cover. Ait conditioner was constantly running, not cooling very well, to loud. The owners of the establishment were very personable and friendly. They mDe us feel very comfortable.

Our room appeared to be above the basketball hoop. We turned the air-conditioner on for white noise. Simple solution. Reasonably quiet and clean room. Probably Malone's best value in very basic lodging. The desk person, who appeared to also be an owner was effiicient. We would stay there again.

The place was okay. You could see that it was worn, clean but worn. The maid service could use instructions. You don’t come in to clean while the room is occupied, especially if the people are still in their night clothes. Would I stay here again, probably not.

Had to go 2xs to the office after checking in to get into my room as my card did not work. Finally the lady came down with a master key (after me having to wait for 15 min in the office for her "manager" who was to busy partying with other guests) and let me in but never fixed the fact that my actual room key was not fuctuoning even when asked. Vending machines were either empty or non fuctioning. Also charged $150 (which is more then I even paid for the room) as a deposit then refused to give me any kind of copy of the transaction for my record so now I am just having to hope that there is no issues with that and it is refunded in a timley maner. Loud music was heard through most of the early night (till around 11:30ish) from the other people having some kind of party outside there rooms in the building next to the one I was in (the same party the manager was seen at earlier when I was having issues with my door). Did not feel completley safe in the room as the security chain was broken for the door so had to rely on the deadbolt. Room was suprisingly clean and fuctional (very small tv) but was run down. The belcony attached to it was very nice. They did not offer breakfast because of "covid concerns" which to me was just an excuse to not bring back a breakfast in any copacity as a cost saving measure.

No breakfast. Very old property. Moldy smell on arrival which did recede after running the heat. The shower wouldn't stay a constant temperature: went from scalding to cool and needed constant adjustment. Friendly staff. The room coffee maker did have some very good coffee!

Plus's: The rooms were neat, tidy, and clean. Beds were comfortable and price was OK. Minus: The walls are super thin, doors closing are loud. We had neighbor's partying and that was a big minus; we had to rely on the wall heat pump fan to mute the neighbors.

The rooms weren’t sanitary, there was black mold in both showers,( I have the pics, disgusting), refused to stay there and couldn’t get my money back, drove the 4 1/2 hrs home arrived after midnight. They only rent to crack heads ( they were everywhere ) The pictures on line must have been taken after a remodel, the place is a dump. I could go on but I’ll just get mor pissed for loosing $232.00. We will NEVER do Business with you again
