Location: its a great location. almost everything you could need is in walking distance

Our Hometown stay at the Four Seasons

Pros: Close proximity to eateries and shopping.
Cons: Cleaning staff should not leave out an envelope asking for tips, of which we found a stack of them hidden under the table lamp. This is not a resort.
We were excited about our trip to see family & friends and decided to stay at this hotel, which I have driven by hundreds of times. I had no problems booking reservations online through Expedia. We anticipated a nice room as we saw in the photos, albeit the lack of them on the hotel's website. Upon arrival and check in, we were allowed to check in at 115 pm, early since it's normally a 300 pm check in time. We were told that the bath towels were being cleaned and after they were done they would be brought to our room. We noticed a few things about the room as well. The toilet handle was loose and about to come off. The small fridge was not on a table, but on the floor, with a microwave on top of it. The molding on the fridge was molding, black mold. In order to use both of them, one of them had to be unplugged since there was only one free outlet at that spot. We left the room and came back that night, about 930 pm. No towels were delivered so I went to the front desk and then was asked by staff to accompany them to the laundry room so they could get us towels. Upon arrival to the room, we noticed there was no clock in the room. I went to front desk where they had a bunch of clocks stacked up, was told it saves electricity to not have any in the room since everyone uses their cell phones anyhow. Also, my kids were eager to go swimming in the hotel pool, but the pool water was green and needed some serious cleaning so we were not able to use it.
