Lovely hotel but the main road in was being dug up with diversions via a back road to the ferry causing major disruption. The restaurant was very noisy, especially at breakfast with poor table clearance after peolpe had left, making it difficult to find a table.

The first room was located above a AC or extraction system making the room noisy- complained and we were moved. The was a second issue a cockroach breakfast was like eating in a works canteen.
