Nice Room

I have been to this hotel on several occasions and will probably return in future. The new rooms are an improvement. Food is generally OK. Internet charges are high, so make you get complimentary WI-FI. The hotel customer service representative was very helpful.

A rather tired hotel in a so so location.

It is rather a disappointing hotel. Decor in the rooms rather faded. Location ok but not great. Breakfast pretty poor for a four star hotel of that size.

Good value in a lively area

The lobby of the hotel is very impressive. We found the staff to be very helpful. Breakfast was excellent- cereals, cold meats& cheeses, yoghurts, fry-up etc. The hotel is really close to bars & clubs and the sight seeing and tour buses leave from just outside the hotel. Having both an indoor and outdoor pool is great. Our room is perhaps a little dated but very clean, large and we had a tv with some English channels, air-con and a fridge. Would definitely stay there again.

Ok hotel bit noisey and dated

Cons: Reception staff
Location: Too noisey
The hotel was a liitle 'tired' as if it had been a much higher quality previously. When arriving we checked in late but the receptionist was not very helpful or organised although we had prepaid they insisted we hadn't, we resolved this then they would not accept a visa debit card as guarantee for any extras or car parking etc. They then insisted on cash payment and cash deposit for car parking which we didn't have as we had not had a chance to exchange currency. We street parked instead and found some spaces although it is often difficult finding spaces in Paceville. There was some noise from rowdy party goers which could be heard outside the hotel right through the night so if you want a good night sleep try to get a hotel further from the centre.

the hygenic level of the towels and sheets was not up to any satisfactory level because i think it was not changed because of the smell especially the sheets..and the parking the fact that u have to pay 12 euros for the residence parking in the hotel car park.it is not fair when u have already paid for the hotel..and the breakfast was not bad but it was a bit disorganised

On arriving early in the morning, I did not realise that the duvet on the bed used an under-sheet rather than a duvet-cover. Subsequently it looked like the duvet itself had seen considerable use and was not clean. Whilst not much used other than for water and soft drinks, the mini-bar was not replenished. There should be a towel basket for the guest to decide when they should be cleaned, rather than every day. TV reception and selection was very poor, but the most irritating thing was the variance in the volume between channels.
