Friendly and comfortable th stay at.Posted Sep 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was comfortable to stay at and I would stay there again. I stayed at two rooms in my on time there. One on ground Level and the other other on first level. I found it better to pay the extra €10 to stay on the upstairs level to have a balcony and its much more quite. There is an extra fee to have the kitchenette open in the room which wasn't that much but it didn't have a kettle which was the main reason I wanted it. The location is about 10mins by bus to Valetta but the bus stops in take a little walking too and need a little laction discovery to find. It's good once you understand how the area works in terms of bus stops but initially It can be a bit frustrating. Other wise it's a good place to stay. Clean, fairly new, quite spot and the people are helpful and friendly.

Lovely friendly quiet hotelPosted Jul 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
A really friendly hotel where nothing was too much trouble. It's a quiet place which is why we chose it but very accessible by bus and cheap taxis to elsewhere (Its about 20 euros to Valletta from there. Rooms were basic, but clean and comfortable. Could do with a kettle and a fridge but guess you'd pay more for a hotel with those amenities.Main improvement would be the breakfasts as very basic, such as adding yogurts and fruit salad. Pool is great and very refreshing after sight seeing, a great place and excellent value for the price.

Great little hotelPosted Jun 1, 2013
Pros: Helpful staff
Cons: Moldy shower tray
Location: Quiet suburb
Great little hotel, friendly and helpful staff, still new enough to be pretty tidy (mold around shower tray first sign of aging). Just a little bit off the main bus routes, handy for the university and main hospital and most buses run from there. In suite self catering unit worth the 10 euro / week charge for independence, food good but limited menu.

Perfectly adequate and very clean hotelPosted May 19, 2013
Pros: cleanliness and friendly staff
Location: Good if you want to be away from the bustle of Valetta or tourist traps.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff are polite friendly and helpful, but its situation is somewhat off the beaten track. There is a good ten minute walk to Mater Dei hospital, but from there you can get an Arriva bus to almost anywhere on the island. The nearer buses are not very frequent and it can be quite complicated to work out where you are going - bus drivers do not know the names of the stops. The breakfast is simple:- rolls fruit, ham, cheese, cereals, juices and tea or coffee. You can pay an extra 6 euros for a cooked breakfast and they do offer a three course evening meal for 15 euros if you want it. I don't know what that was like as we went out. The bathroom we had offered a bath as well as a shower. There was always hot water and clean towels with soap and shampoo provided. Our only complaint was that sound echoed around the hotel, with quite a lot of banging doors and shouting in the early morning and late evening. On the whole would recommend. We didn't hire a car, but if you did there was room on the road outside. Malta is FULL of cars and traffic. Buses really are a better bet!
