Hospitality over the TopPosted Oct 14, 2013
Pros: The staff.
Location: 15 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs; 45 minutes to beautiful Lake George.
We were visiting our son for a few days in the Malta/Saratoga area and found this hotel online. The staff could not have been more accommodating, pleasant, and helpful. Special shout out to Pete, Phil, and Becky who welcomed us, offered a shuttle to Saratoga, and made our stay very enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the Saratoga region.

Clean, Spacious, & Modern Hotel near SaratogaPosted Oct 9, 2013
Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.
Cons: The shower door tends to leak water out on the bathroom floor. The breakfast could have a better selection.
Location: Easy, short drive to Saratoga Springs.
My girlfriend and I had an awesome stay here. The room was great. There was plenty of space, everything was very clean, the comfortable bed and couch, large television and fridge were all appreciated, as well as the modern and up to date feel. The staff was excellent and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The small bar and Starbucks offerings were a plus as well.

a weekend in Saratoga; too little for the moneyPosted Aug 28, 2013
Pros: clean room comfortable bed
Cons: look at what other quality hotels provide in the rooms and imitate them. provide an under the door bill on the day of departure
Location: Sartoga races, polo matches, town life, spa ( don't miss the mineral baths(
If I am spending over $200 a night to stay in a hotel, I expect not to have to ask the front desk for skin cream, Q-tips,etc. I expect it to be in the room. While breakfast was included, you had to wait when they ran out of coffee and had to find plates on your own when the stack was exhausted. These little amenities are the difference between a great hotel and a good hotel. Felt like they were cheaping out on the room amenities. Not what I am used to at a $200+ a night hotel. I would be inclined to stay elsewhere on our next visit.

One of the nicest I've been toPosted Aug 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel was definitely one of the best I've stayed in. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the rooms were huge and spotless. The only negative about the whole stay was that one of the elevators made some very unsettling creaks/shudders during the ride.
