一番賑やかなビーチに近いけれど静かなホテル

Posted Jul 31, 2015

Hôtel avec de belles infrastructures

Posted Jul 29, 2015
Hélas l'établissement est proche de Paceville. Quartier très animé et bruyant toute la nuit fréquenté par des jeunes venus faire la fête. Personnel très disponible pour organiser nos excursions, location de voiture ...

Pros: The Marina is an easy location for access to all parts of the island.
Cons: I asked a member of staff where the stairs were instead of me using the lift and she wasn't sure.. Not a problem then, but in the event of a fire?...
Location: Seafront, beach, shops bars & cafes, pool and watersports. You can walk/run on the prom to Sliema & beyond. Nature reserve the other side of the hotel
We used the Marina Hotel as a base while in Malta for a wedding. We had a hire car for which there is secure parking below the hotel. Staff were all helpful and cheerful and the breakfast restaurant was pleasant with plenty of choice. We found access to anywhere we wanted to go easy... plenty was accessible on foot from the hotel (decent shops, bars, restaurants and seafront) The pools and poolsides are well tended and clean and towels provided. Good food is available both at the Marina and next door at the Corinthia and service throughout is polite and welcoming. There is an enclosed swimming area in the bay for anyone wishing to swim in the sea and watersports available too.

Lovely hotel, brilliant location, great staff.

Posted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: The friendly, helpful staff. The spacious rooms with good facilities. The great location and range of restaurants and cafes.
Cons: A bad thing (if any) is the air conditioning was a little TOO cold at times!
Location: Hotel overlooks the bay, next to a beach, great party/clubbing location, lots of add on experiences e.g. boat trips from bay, water sports.
If you're looking for somewhere to stay in St. Julians, I'd really recommend staying at the Marina. The location, that overlooks the bay, is beautiful. With a multitude of pools, bars and cafes/restaurants, you're sure to find something that you like - whether for a more couple based holiday or family affair. The rooms were spacious, well air conditioned with great bathrooms - and you can't go wrong with a balcony that overlooks the sea! The staff were all very helpful and conscientious, which made staying in Malta an easy, enjoyable experience. Will return for sure!

Nice location

Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: Staff was extremely helpful.
Cons: Balcony lights stayed on all night, found this to be very annoying.
Location: Shopping and movies nearby.
Stayed several nights at this hotel in May 2015. Nice location, close enough to restaurants and shopping, but far enough away to get a resort experience. The hotel has many pools, and many restaurants on site as well.

Our stay at the Corinthia Marina Hotel

Posted Jun 21, 2015
Pros: Good wifi throughout. See above
Cons: The Marina hotel suffers from noise from the discos/beach parties across St.George's Bay, until 3am on Fri and Sat nights.
Location: Regular single bus service into town. The bus returns to the hotel via its terminus, which means a 10-15 minute delay as the driver has a break.
The Marina Hotel shares restaurants, bars and swimming facilities with the 5* Corinthia next door. There are plenty of swimming pools and none were crowded in mid June when we visited. We enjoyed the food in most of the outlets, although too often the pastas and currys (Buddhamann) were too dry through a lack of sauce. The food and drinks were reasonably priced for Euro countries. Our room was clean and well maintained and all of he staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionists.

Relaxing

Posted Jun 21, 2015
Pros: Location and grounds
Cons: Balcony furniture could be more comfortable. Rather than an ineffective mini bar a room refrigerator would be more advantageous
Location: Convenient for all local buses to get you anywhere on the island and also a large selection of open top tour buses. A short walk to St Julian's
Found the hotel to be in an excellent location, facilities were perfect along with views. Food of a high standard and all staff very helpful.
