Very well located, just steps from the promenade.Posted Sep 17, 2013
Pros: Value for money and friendliness as well as very good location to beach.
Location: Very close to the stop for the impressive hop-on/hop-off sightseeing bus that gets you round most of the scenic highlights of the main island of Malta
We were very happy with our stay here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our rooms had balconies that looked down the street and onto the ocean. One of the elevators sounded a bit klunky and rattly but not a worry. The ambience of the foyer was very interesting.

Good locationPosted Feb 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel location is very easy to access everywhere, ferry terminal, bus stops, restaurants, and shopping. I have a couple things that I don't like: such as AC didn't work so I always opened the window (I stayed in Feburary then weather was mild, but think about if staying at summer season and doesn't work AC???) One more thing is breakfast menu was always same (I stayed at 4days first 2days are OK with same menu but last a couple days no choice to pick something else) However, I had a great vacation so overall this hotel is good for me.

Location - perfect just few steps from promenade where you can find plenty restaurants and pubs with sea view, walking distance to shopping cente r.. Rocky beach .. about 20 min by bus to Valletta. Room - average decor, comfy bed! this is what you really need after hours walking :) Hotel - Good but low 4 stars.

Should not be rated as a 4 star hotelPosted Sep 3, 2012 on Hotels.com
We were very disappointed as it looked so promising on the website. The customer service was non existent. When we arrived we had been up for around 12 hours, and we were very tired. When we checked in the lady at reception just said "yes", not welcome to the park hotel, etc etc. She told us which room number we would be in, and did not even tell us which floor we were on, and how we would get to the room. The food was very mediocre, and we would definitely not recommend this hotel.

V V nice hotel and the pool area is simply amazing however the AC was not working properly and despite complaints we were left to "bake" and could not sleep at all, would really like to go back to this hotel but lack of AC was a terrible experience!
Good for the price.Posted Jul 6, 2012 on Hotels.com
breakfast was included when I was booking but we were told by hotel that it wasn't. Booking confirmation didn't specify one way or another. Paid for breakfast first morning but it was poor. Machine tea/coffee and horrible orange juice drink which nobody seemed to finish. Bed very comfortable.

Location: All over the island of Malta & Gozo. So easy to travel by bus & ferry. Every part is just magical. Sliema, St Julian, St Paul, Valletta, Boughibba, Blue Grotto. Magic magic magic & weather just magnificent. Even able to swim in the sea on some days.Locals absolutely friendly.
As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a very young & lovely smile receptionist who made me most welcomed & answered all my queries with a high standard of professionalism.( Other co-workers could improve by learning from her). The cleaning lady made sure daily I had all I needed. The waiting staff were also fantastic. The location ideal & convenient to shops & buses. My only complaint would be so much nicer to have proper rashers of bacon in lieu of streaky fatty bits & proper percolated coffee for breakfast as well as complimentary tea bags & coffee in rooms, not just kettle & cups.
