“Ac didnt work. Tv didnt work. Wake up call was ten min late. No one asked how the stay was on wayout”

“Nice hotel, though more like a 4-star than 5-star”
Good things: Beautiful view of the sea. Excellent food at the hotel restaurants. Nice furnishings. Great pool area. Great value for your money. Disappointing things: We checked in after midnight, ordered room service, stayed up an hour and the food never arrived. We requested a non-smoking room but received a smoking room. Bathroom could use some renovations and extra cleaning. It was not up to 5-star quality.
“Family Vacation”
The kids loved this hotel. It was a bit too cold for the beach and outdoor pool, but they enjoyed the breakfast buffet and indoor pool immensely. This hotel is a good option when it's warm, but something closer to the main streets would be better during the colder months. The staff was very friendly and check-in went very smoothly.
“Great Hotel”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Blu. The breakfast was great, the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
“Excellent staff, fair room”
Our stay was fine. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was great too. That being said, the bed was very, very hard with a thin sheet over the mattress no protector. The glasses were dirty in our room and when I put them out the same ones were back in the bar the next day. The family room was large, spacious but faced mainly the parking lot. With an empty off season hotel why couldn't we have a true seaview? Location was fine if you had a car or used the hotel's shuttle service. Again, though, the staff was extremely nice and made the room inconveniences a little more bearable.
“Good Choice in St Julian's”
We stayed in a sea view room. It was nicer and more spacious than a typical European hotel. I agree with other reviewers that the bathroom needs some updating. We ate in two of the hotel restaurants, and both were good and reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the food was good. The hotel is a little off the beaten path - just far enough for peace and quiet, but close enough for whatever you want to do. Overall, it was a very nice stay. I also agree with recommendations to get a rental car and GPS. I recommend having a map, too, because not all sights are in the GPS, so a map was helpful.
“Enjoyed our stay”
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pools were great, the room was large for a European hotel and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for anyone stayin in the area!
“Visiting Malta”
The Radisson was a very nice hotel. The staff was very responsive. The Exercise room is the best I've ever seen at any hotel. Really had a good choice of equipment. Two pools plus you can go into the sea ther as long as a quick drop-off doesn't put you off. Lots and lots to see and do at St Julian's (walking distance) The beach was busy but not so packed that you couldn't get a space. Other great beaches are Ghadira Bay at Mellieha, Armier Bay and Golden Bay. We had a GPS with Malta maps Highly recommended if you want free mobility. The highlights of Malta are its very nice people who mostly speak English, its Churches and religious structures and its walled cities and historical places. If you can possibly meet some local Maltese and get to know them, it's a remarkable experience. This Hotel had everything we needed. The Air Conditioning was very adequate and it was the middle of August.
