Curate's EggPosted Sep 18, 2014
Pros: Comfortable and good facilities.
Cons: Wifi was poor at times, ice machines on each floor should be available as well as vending machines.
Location: A 10 minute walk away from the vibrant and lively Paceville. Bus stop at the top of the hill outside Hotel allows easy transportation to Valetta.
Just like the veritable Curate's Egg this hotel is good, bordering on the very, in parts. Excellent sun bathing and pool facilities are superb. However, with a refurb planned from November the tired areas will hopefully see a new lease of life. The restaurants and bar facilities are good with entertainment of a good standard. Football fans can enjoy "Live" coverage of games from the Premier League and Serie A in The Bridge which avoids seeking out a downtown bar. Room service was prompt and well delivered. Several residents though felt their stay had been disrupted by the steady flow of weddings. We spent very little time during our stay in the daytime at the Hotel, preferring to travel around the island.

OLD and bad location! Nice view of parking lot!Posted Sep 13, 2014
This place is old and location is not convenient. They advertise as 5* but its barely a 4*. The staff is way too young as if they are being send there to train. We paid for a suite with Jacuzzi, it was rancid and the room had discolored carpet, wholes in the blinds. The only good thing was the housekeeping staff. They did a great job!

Not the same place we stayed 13 years ago.Posted Sep 6, 2014
Pros: The staff were so kind and always ready to help when necessary. The Bistro served freshly cooked food to your table- unlike the main diniing room
Cons: Variety of menu.
Location: Peaceful location, but easy access to the livelier /tourist areas.
The hotel in great need of refurbishment It closes at the end of October for 7 mths.

Excellent Hotel with Excellent StaffPosted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: Staff, rooms
Cons: Not a lot. Refurbishment is imminent however you would not believe this from the excellent condition of the internal areas.
Location: Malta is reasonably small. I had a hire car so could get anywhere. A bay and area aimed at the night youth market is a 10 minute walk, not too close.
I very much enjoyed my stay at the St Julians Radisson Blu. Whilst the external render is a little bit tired in places (I believe a significant refurbishment is imminent) the internal areas and room were excellent with effective air conditioning. The staff were all unfailingly polite, friendly, pleasant and effective. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Malta.

Excellent resortPosted Aug 20, 2014
Best resort we have stayed in over the years. Yes it a little dated but nothing for concern. Bathrooms are updated and spacious.pool areas are excellent and family friendly . Pool swin up bar our favourite. Staff are more than willing to help. The position of the hotel is perfect a little walk to all the action but far enough to be disturbed. The breakfast has something for everyone and was always fresh and delicious. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back.

9 out of 10!Posted Aug 2, 2014
Pros: good location and very helpful desk staff and waiters.
Cons: MAID SERVICE!
Location: walking distance to paceville!
we had a very good time at radisson blu resort. the staff was very nice and the breakfasts were good. our only negative comment regards the maid service which was inconsistent. after arriving on a tues., we never got clean washcloths until we complained and on another day, our bed was made, but we received no clean towels until we complained. on another day, the maid took our extra room key out of the wall socket that enables the electricity, so she turned off the air conditioner and i had to go back to the desk to get new room keys! so we liked everything about radisson blu except the maid service.

5* hotel but 2* guests !!Posted Jun 23, 2014
Beautiful hotel ,beautiful views ,perfect location completely spoilt by a convention. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, had a stunning suite and the food was good but we couldn't use the swim up bar as there was a convention going on and the guests decided each day to only go for a couple if hours and then spend their time going to the pool bar instead .With around 20 men taking up the swim up bar ,very loud ,very drunk, play fighting and smoking in the water and putting the cigarette ends in half drunk beer it was quite quickly far too intimidating for everyone trying to enjoy their holidays. On the Sunday as they all left there was then a party on Fathers day and all the children were all running and screaming around the pool area.If you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway this hotel is not the place,

A great resort with pools and calmPosted Jun 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
Considering how close it is to Paceville the resort is very peaceful, plenty of activities to choose from, pools, tennis and a fitness centre. The bars are great and all have happy hours which make them very affordable. The restaurant choice is amazing, from a light bar snack to one of the top rated venues on the island.
