Joseph Scerri the night auditor when everything was going wrong and everyone one were trying to book in sorted all of the problems with no fuss and made us all feel like we were VIPs the best thing in a very great stay

Beautiful view from Waterfront Sea View rooms but be aware of the road noisy if you are a light sleeper. We were however impressed with the balcony door which significantly reduced the noise when closed.

Absolutely will be returning to this hotel very soon. Lovely room decorated for wife’s birthday, and breakfast was extensive. Pool, sauna and jacuzzi were great and heated. Extremely beautiful location and hotel staff went out to accommodate our request for a nice room! Every member of staff was courteous and helpful and no requests were too much. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

The hotel, was in a good spot for site seeing, I liked the Sauna, Jacuzzi, however, it wasn't always ready to use in the morning. Because of the rain, no fault of the hotel, there was a constant heavy dripping from the balcony, which kept me awake, the first night, I was moved to another room and was told this would be fixed, it wasn't, luckily the 3rd night it stopped raining,so, resolved the issue. The reception staff, especially 2 of them can't remember their names were very nice and helpful. Bar staff very slow and didn't always bring your drinks over.

Splendid Xmas break at this well situated hotel. Only minutes walk from the Valetta ferry. The staff were very helpful and professional at all times. The rooms are well equipped and modern, meeting our requirements fully. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and spa area. Recommend

Lovely pre-Christmas stay @ Waterfront Hotel
I would love to stay @ Waterfront Hotel again if I am lucky enough to visit Malta a second time. The staff were attentive and welcoming, my room was quiet, clean and well equipped, the catering selections provided at breakfast, lunch and dinner were generous, varied and well cooked, and I saw that the establishment was a popular spot for locals as well as tourists. I recommend this hotel highly! I did not sample the spa facilities or the pools but I would in future now that I know what is on offer.
The foyer was enhanced by the lovely Christmas trees
And by the nativity scene, typical of the island of Malta
The foyer area is spacious, very clean and welcoming

Positives: Location - the hotel is well situated, close to the ferries and a couple of bus stops, as well as some cafes, restaurants and shops. Negative: Poorly insulated room. it's like I was sleeping outside, with cars, tracks and motorcycles passing by every minute, and given that the room was not properly insulates, it was just too noisy. I was planning for a relaxing weekend away but that didn't happen, really struggled to sleep or rest. Breakfast was very average, I don't recommend you add it to your stay. A maintenance guy came knocking on my door at 9.30 in the morning (I didn't ask for anything to be fixed), not ideal if you're on a vacation and planning to sleep in. Overall: if you're just looking for a bed in the city, go for it. If you actually want to have a nice relaxing stay, or if you are sensitive to noise, then I'd say avoid and look somewhere else.

Staff very friendly and helpful and hotel very clean although building work going on during our stay in reception. Busy road outside the hotel and quite noisy at times but good access to ferries and buses etc Overall very nice stay and nice hotel

Really Nice hotel, would definitely stay again. Breakfast room was dead opposite our room however we were never disturbed, very quiet rooms, well proportioned. Cleaned everyday without any complaints. Bed perfect if a tiny bit too low but that’s personal preference. Nice pool across the road that you can use free of charge, this was very different environment every day, busy and then quiet but we were always able to get a sunbed and the food was good quality. Pool was lovely temperature for time of year.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. We stayed in a suite and the room was extremely spacious with a wonderful view. Great shower, good toiletries, fluffy towels. The food in the Lobby bar was very good and reasonably priced. The indoor pool is very small and only 90m deep at one end so really only enough room for two people to swim. The outdoor pool is a good size though. Only complaint would be the selection on offer at breakfast. They had two offerings that they alternated which got a bit boring as we were there for a week. The only cereal they had was really aimed at children (no granola, porridge etc they did have a muesli but it was mainly cornflakes). On a busy road with lots of bars playing load music but we couldn’t hear that in our room. Convenient for the ferry to Valletta.

Great stay great staff. Had a few issues with a separate reservation but was addressed appropriately and timely. Location is amazing with so many things to do walking distance. Definitely recommend to travelers who are needing a great hotel with amazing accommodations

You will not be disappointed with your stay
From the moment we checked in all staff at the hotel were friendly and made us welcome. I am trying hard to find a fault but cannot think of one. I am very critical on hotels etc on tripadviser so you will see this one mad an impact on us. Highly recommended.
