Nice rooms, excellent stuff. City center location. The rooms are well lit and the balcony in front opens up to the view of mountains in front. The front desk lady and also the man are very amicable. Glad I booked this hotel.

Hotel room was comfortable and clean, good size for the 2 of us and nice beds.
Staff member that checked us in was appauling, we could tell she didn't want to be there, not helpfull in the slightest, almost to the point of rudeness.
Whole hotel itself needs a bit of an renovation, I don't think it has been updated in any way since it opened. No elevators, which was a bit of a pain for my husband who has an injured leg. Airconditioning in room is very old and noisey. Only one radio station on the room radio "bedtime beats" with about 3 songs on repeat... would have been nice to listen to something else. Bathroom toiletries are lovely. Housekeeping was great. Bar area is nice and drinks are priced as you would expect anywhere in a ski resort. Bar staff were pleasant.
People with large cars/trucks note the car park spaces are quite small!

The best part is that it's located at a very nice place, right in front of twin lakes. There is also a waterfall within the vicinity. It seem like there are different types of lodges, but the one we got was a bit small I thought, and there was a bug in the room. If it wasn't for that I think this place is a pretty awesome.

the hotel room we received was part of timeshare units that was used as hotel rooms. The building is a little dated, smells dampness in the hallway, but once getting into the room it was indeed failrly clean and comfortable.
We arrived late after 10:00 pm, the key and directions to find the rooms were included in an envelop, a little hard to find the room. Took me 40 minutes to figure out the place.
Staff pretty friendly when I actually checked in next day, that is a bright point.

Ok hotel, standard rooms look out onto a wall or parking lot. Not the best location. Complimentary continental breakfast but downstairs in a dark room. The spa was very nice with a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Would probably pay extra and stay at the village lodge next time.

This west-central California town is on the edge of the Long Valley Caldera, an area that is geologically active with hot springs, hence its popularity with the skiers and hikers that flock here. Devil's Postpile National Monument and the Ansel Adams Wilderness are nearby.
