Pleasant hotel

Pros: Friendly staff, nice breakfast
Cons: Fix the curtains, and toilets need to be updated
We stayed for 4 nights. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was better than I expected. The rooms were quite large with plenty of room to move about. The toilet was older and sometimes you weren't sure if they would flush all the way! Air worked well. They need to make the curtains black out shades, that sun would shine thru at 7am, and that was with them closed. I would stay here again!

Good value in Mammoth Lakes

Pros: Good value. Great staff. Good location.
Cons: A more suitable breakfast area. Eating in the weight room was weird.
Location: Access to Mammoth Mountain, Devil's Postpile, Mono Lake. Shopping and Restaurants within walking distance.
Nice hotel. Good location. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast area a little lacking... you eat in the workout room!

Excellent Hotel

Not a fancy 5 star hotel, but it has all we need for family travel. Hotel room is big, clean and bed is very comfortable. WIFI is very fast. We were pleasantly surprised that they have a nice indoor pool as well as fitness center. They also provide hot breakfast which is very convenient for family try with little kids.

Convenient location

Pros: It was a good price for a relatively last minute booking.
Cons: The bedding could be improved.
Location: Snowboarding and skiiing.
The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and it is a great place to stay on the cheap if you are only going to Mammoth to hit the slopes. The only thing I disliked about the room is that there was no bottom sheet on the beds. Also, the parking was a bit lacking and the full breakfast is not actually a full breakfast but rather just some pastries and juices. Otherwise, it was clean and served its purpose for the weekend.

Hotel staff Terrible!

The staff of the hotel is terrible. We arrived earlier and they told us that the check in was at 4:00 pm. When I asked them to hold my luggage they told me that they would not hold it and that if I were to leave it at the hotel, they would not be responsible. When trying to go to a higher level in the staff for help, the hotel general manager did not help either. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Great welcome, friendly staff

2nd submitted review previous was judged too severe by hosting site. The concierge service assisted in the best possible welcome and to reconciliated on line invoicing issues. Would be a great place for familly sky vacations!!
