Nice hotel with one disappointment

The room was clean and comfortable, everything was fine. The only disappointment was when I called them to schedule for the airport transportation for my arrival, the lady who answered the phone told me that the driver would leave work at 4pm, while my flight would arrive 4:50pm which was a very normal time. And she sounded indifferently, didn't give any suggestions but just "no pickup". But showing "provide airport transportation" was one of the major reasons that I chose this hotel. They did give me the ride back to the airport the next day and it was very nice.

Clean, large room. Nice pool and spa area.

Pros: The bed was comfy.
Cons: The toilet.
Location: Lots to do nearby. Skiing, shopping, food.
The hotel itself was dated, but clean. The breakfast could have been bigger. Our toilet over flowed and was running a lot of the time.

Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was limited but sufficient. Great covered parking area. Location is convenient, plenty of nearby shhopping and dining.

Cons: MANAGER WITH INTGRITY.
MANAGER [BRAYTON] CLAIMED THE PROBLEMS I HAD AT CHECK-OUT REGARDING ROOM CHARGES AND EARLY CHECKOUT [DUE TO SKIING ACCIDENT] WERE BECAUSE OF RESERVING OUR ROOM WITH EXPEDIA.SHE COULD NOT GIVE ME A VETERAN CHARGE FOR THE SAME REASON.TOTAL CHARGE FOR TWO NIGHTS 354.54.

Good, basic hotel room.

Pros: Covered parking; fridge & microwave in the room.
Cons: HD TVs.
We have stayed here before and we always bring our own food to store in the mini-fridge and cook in the microwave. On our recent trip we realized that the microwave in our room was very small and not large enough to cook our entree. The hotel staff allowed us to "borrow" the larger microwave in the lobby used for the morning breakfast so that we could cook our dinner that night -- we were very grateful for that. But now we realize that the equipment in each room may vary from one room to another, so we will need to be prepared for that. Otherwise, the room was clean but a bit worn looking. No strange smells in the room, thank goodness! We like that this hotel has covered parking and walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. Like I said, we've stayed here before and have no issues with this establishment. We would/will stay here again.

Pros: The staff was the only thing I liked about it.
Cons: Renovate it asap.
Location: Great location it just needs to be renovated.
Hotel staff was great. They all were polite ad very accommodating. The hotel it's need to be renovated very soon. the rooms were clean but smell of insecticide.

The Shilo Inn Delivers

Pros: The breakfast offering were more than adequate. As well, the pool and jacuzzi were nice to help wind down the day.
Location: See above.
The room was comfortable and clean. An ample number of pillows (5) were provided with the comfortable mattress. We were in this ski resort to simply enjoy the getaway for our thirty-fifth wedding anniversary, in the same town where we had our honeymoon. We took in some of the sights, the easily accessible restaurants and even a movie that was just a short drive down the street.

Clean, Comfortable hotel wit all ammenities

Quite comfortable hotel, centrally located and easy access. Room are large and clean, having refrigerator, microwave, free wifi, etc. Indoor swimming pool and hot tub are decent size and clean. Sauna is under repairs during our visit during the winter. We will come back again during the fall.
