Een echt wintersport hotel. Zag er netjes uit, vriendelijke mensen. Simpel maar goed ontbijt.

Slipping in quality

Posted Apr 24, 2015
Pros: Not much, its not even in a great location, you need to drive to anywhere, or take the bus service, not walkable
Cons: The hotel needs a total renovation
Location: There is a decent pub, and pizza shop directly across the street, otherwise, its drive around the town area....nothing really walkable nearby
This location is slipping in quality, lots of upgrades are needed, carpets are very worn, the hallways are unwelcoming. I would not recommend staying in this hotel to anyone.

Great Value

Posted Mar 7, 2015
It's a bit dated, but rooms are very spacious compared to other similarly priced rooms in the area. Good sized fridge, plus microwave, sink, and silverware and dishes. Great location with easy walk to shops and dining that locals would recommend. I prefer this to the Village where the price points are higher. Hot tub and continental breakfast are nice bonus as well. Would definitely stay here again. It's not the Westin, but way better than Motel 6.

STAY

Posted Mar 1, 2015
Pros: Great value! Spacious rooms. Continental breakfast. Parking is under a roof with inside access to the rooms. close to the bus stop to the ski area
Cons: Not much that would not cause an increase in rates.
Location: Close to a bus stop that will get you to most bars, restaurants, super market and other businesses in town. Good restaurant next door to the Lodge
Great value! Spacious room, kitchen part is small but works. Parking is under a roof with inside access to the rooms, great for loading and unloading during bad weather and no shoveling snow off the vehicle in the am. Great Jacuzzi. Short walk to stop 14 on the red line buss to the ski area. The return stop 14 is way down the hill from the out bound stop 14. Get off at 15 and walk down the hill to the lodge. This is close to the end of the Red Line and the buses can be too full to pick up at stop 14. Get out for the early bus or catch the the bus in the other direction for several stops to get on before the crowd

Great price - thin walls.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The walls are thin (like most older places in Mammoth) so noisy neighbors are unbearable.

It's a simple hotel. But it doesn't mean it's no good. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. It's a good option for who doesn't want spent much money!

Nice hotel, right next to bus/troll stop which takes you to the village and main lodge. Close to restaurants and shopping.
