It was a business trip and this hotel is very close to the office. It's kind of old but I think everything is function alright. The staffs were nice and polite. However, it can be better if i could tap the cost for drinks and meals on my room number and pay when i check out.

Courteous staff, airport pickup and drop off no charge. Delicious breakfast included. 2 minutes to the mall with numerous restaurants and entertainment.

Great hotel with all ammenities, friendly staff

I have stayed it 3 times in the past 3 months and the service is always excelent and the staff eager to help, nice and quiet, good food and you can relax. Near Las Américas Mall.

one night stay before early flight

The staff was very helpful in trying to arrange airport transportation, and the restaurant staff was very pleasant. One suggestion: I booked the hotel because I thought it would be close to the airport but it wasn't as convenient as I expected; the airport shuttle should match the early morning flight times.

Cheap but looks it (and smells it)

Pros: The staff knew that with a 4:00 a.m. departure we wouldn't enjoy the "free breakfast", so they had bologna/cheese sandwiches andh OJ ready b/4 we left
We had to change rooms after first being shown into one that smelled horribly musty. It did the trick for the very short 10 hours we were there before heading to the airport, but I'd never choose this place as my vacation home base. Also, their are windows way up high in the bathroom shower area. While you'd need a boost to see in, it still was disconcerting to know the bathroom faced the primary walkway. Curtains are in order!
