Worst experience ever

The room was not that was advertised. When we asked for a change of rooms, they simply refused to do so. In spite of being made to wait for room on arrival, the room was not made. There were used towels in the bathroom and used sheets and blankets in the bedroom. We requested for fresh ones. But didn't get any in our entire duration of three day stay. Breakfast buffet was disappointing each day. When we were checking out, we came to know that the room was not to be booked; but was in fact, a secondary room in family suite and hence no bill was to be produced. The distance of the hotel from main city is a lot. There are better places to stay at at same price as Daffodil.

Very Poor Service

Pros: Location and room condition.
Cons: Understand about international hotel standard and not to cheat guests.
Location: Close to city and nice apple gardens.
We have booked half board room. But unfortunately when checked in staff told us that only breakfast included in booking. Then I told them half board mean breakfast and dinner, thats what I paid for. However staff told us half board mean breakfast and to get dinner need to book full board. They took more than two hours contacting someone and finally told us only breakfast can provide and that is the instruction of hotel management. We are totally disappointed and feel terrible as 3 star indian hotel staff try to define half board as bread and breakfast. As no option I told them I need to talk to expedia and I am not happy with hotel service. Then one staff member come and advise us, dinner included in our booking and they apologies for inconvenience happen. But mean time we lost more than 2 hours and totally disappointed. In the one dinner we got un cleaned fork. We order lunch from hotel and we found rubber band on the meal. Both occasions we informed it to waiters and they apologies for that. However we feel terrible about hotel standard and staff performance.
