Overnight stop

Pros: Breakfast buffet
Cons: Restaurant furnishings and interior could be updated
We had never experienced a secure courtyard (open gates with door key from parking lots) for our room entry from inside the courtyard. The room was very clean and mattress very comfortable. The breakfast buffet served in adjoining restaurant with a very good variety of fresh melon salad; coffee; tea; oatmeal; cold cereal; juices; ready to make waffle; pastries; scrambled eggs and sausage; french toast; bagels, toast, etc. We would definitely stop again on a return trip.

Pros: Location
Cons: Vacuum better. Fix tiles in bathroom
Location: DC wish 31 miles away, Arlington 25. Lots of history. Needed more time.
The room needed to be vacuumed someone obviously enjoyed themself as there was an invention in the tile in the shower. Other than that. Had a blast... Will be back. Will stay here.

Overnight stay on a business trip.

Pros: The friendliness of the staff.
Cons: Well satisfied during this one night stay.
Location: I was here on business. No time for entertainment.
Clean room with great staff. Wednesday evening was a free buffet and the full breakfast bar was most appreciated.

No king bed loud fridge.

Last minute reservation. Nice clean place. Reserved King bed room was told non available upon arrival. This was not a make or break situation. Room was still nice. Room was ready with perfect room temperature. The fridge in room kept making loud noises but we were exhausted and fell asleep anyhow. Was breakfast was nice but I missed having bacon. Careful the eggs are labeled as egg but are more like cheese omelet. Boyfriend with cheese allergy bit into them. Immediately spit out and no harm. They also got him some plain eggs. Would have stayed another night but couldn't get a good enough price.

Noise Issues

Location: Very convenient to food, shopping, and gas stations.
Stayed at this hotel on a Sat night hoping to go to bed early. The facility was hosting a wedding party and had hired a country western band. (I was offered free admission to the show with my room :) The room itself (walls, ceiling, etc) was fairly well insulated and quiet, but people talking and running through the outer corridor - WOW! Every sound - every conversation - every door slam was audible. Needless to say, to spite the clean, comfortable room and bed - I got little to no sleep. Good location - nice room - friendly staff - but maybe not the best choice for a Sat night!

The front desk clerk at check-in was very pleasant. She was even waiting for us at our room door to return my DL left at the front desk. The room and bathroom were clean but could use some sprucing up. We had a microwave and fridge which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was ok and the atmosphere left something to be desired. Overall it was good for a one night stay.

Comfortable hotel with convenient location

I stayed here with a friend when attending a concert at Jiffy Lube Live. The room was clean, attractive and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. At check-in I discovered that we were booked in to a 2nd floor room, which was difficult for us as my friend is handicapped and cannot do stairs. It was my fault as I had not considered this possibility when making the reservation, but the check-in person quickly found us another room on the first floor. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The menu was simple, but the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. The hotel is just minutes away from Jiffy Lube Live. If I ever attend another concert there, I will definitely stay here again. And next time I will deifinitely bring my swimsuit, as the pool and enclosed courtyard are very attractive and inviting.

to many working men for me. don't like the beer drinking not good for families with kids. the first room smell so bad I could not stand it. but they were very nice about it and change me. the second room was ok a fight to get the shower on. would not stay here again

I refuse to stay here again. They don't allow you to check in any earlier than listed, room keys did not work on any doors, very rude staff, very rude customers.

Skip this one if you can

I never review hotels and consider myself to be very low maintenance. We arrived to a lobby full of disgruntled guests because the key machine was not working. This meant that no one could check in until room keys were made. This took about an hour. The rooms are accessed by outside, like a motel. Not my preference, I would have skipped this one had I known. Our non-smoking room was definitely a smoking room. Not sure which was worse, the smell of smoke or musty mildew. When we were leaving, the doors to the parking lot were propped open, not sure if this was done by an employee or a guest but regardless it meant that any person off the street could walk up to your hotel door. All in all, there are much better hotel options down the street for the same price.

I will share that with the Manager to ensure they are addressed right away. The key machine did go off line and the hotel worked very quickly to get it working again. We know our guests were very upset and understandably so. It was a one time occurrence and since been corrected and repaired.
