Pros: Nancy!
Cons: Keep Nancy.
Location: Great location for restaurants and shopping.
My stay was great only because of Nancy, the staff who worked to fixed several wrongs.my room was already taken by another but she made sure I had a great room and was satisfied.

Manassas Visit

A great stay. Tucked away from hustling crowd, but everything to do and see in just minutes away. Great staff that made us feel welcome and gave great service. We will be back!

Good for the price

I think it fit what we needed adequately. The room descriptions should have been a bit clearer online (what does a suite mean, etc.). However, the room itself was good enough. We were not provided with bath towels until we asked for them. That was inconvenient, but rectified.

The room with kitchenette was very comfortable and clean. For reasons unknown we were given a handicap accessible room which meant the rod in the closet was so low our clothes were touching the floor and the bathroom needing to accommodate a wheelchair had no vanity and therefore no surface for sitting things out.

Enjoyable Stay

My recent trip was for being with family during the holiday. The hotel staff was very courteous and responsive to any question(s) I might have had during our stay. For the most part, the accommodations were very good and I would stay there again should the need presented itself.

Room smelled like smoke. Even requested a second room and that one smelled like smoke too.

check in was a breeze and hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The room was nice and I had requested a room on the top floor and that's what I got! The stay was exactly what my wife and I had planned for our weekend away.

Would not stay again if free

Hotel presented well. Staff was friendly but the exterior noise and noise from other occupants was so loud I couldn't sleep. The beds were substandard with springs compressed and the smallest Queen Bed ever. More like a full. I left a day early even though I paid three in advance. Very bad overall
