Relocated to a very nicely renovated location

Posted Feb 10, 2014
Pros: The convent location, the newly renovated rooms, the courteous staff, the great free breakfast, the reasonable rates.
Cons: Not a thing!
Location: Easy off/on US66. Many restaurants in the area; 2 within walking distance. Lots of shopping, movie theaters. Short drive to historical sites.
Moved just one block over into a location that previously housed another hotel. They've completely renovated the interior. It's so nice and clean. All new carpeting, beds, linens, furniture. The free breakfast buffet is even better than it used to be!

Unable to accommodate with a nonsmoking room

Posted Oct 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
I requested a non-smoking room. When I approached the front desk clerk, he implied that it must have been a "standard" room that I asked for. There is no "standard room". It was so late in the night, I had no energy to change hotels. The room linen permeated with smoke. I was very disappointed in the lack of concern from the desk clerk.

LOUD Air Conditioner

While the hotel was clean and convenient to the Amphitheater, the AC was so loud we could not sleep. It kicked in every hour and we were exhausted by morning. We would not recommend this hotel.

Great overnight stay on the weekend

Hotel was quiet. This location probably caters to the business crowd so it was very quiet on the weekend.

Great Place to Stay for Concerts at Jiffy Lube

Posted Aug 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was very clean and the rooms were extremely comfortable. We didn't really use any of the hotel amenities, but its a very convenient place to stay for concerts at the Jiffy Lube. A quick and pretty direct drive from the ampitheatre. The staff was nice and helpful -- will definitely stay here in the future.

Best thing about is location

Posted Aug 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have had in a long time. It started as soon as we pulled up at hotel. Front Desk service was worst I have ever experienced, Denise could not stay inside the hotel for more than 2 minutes because there was a person in car outside she was talking to. Then she stayed on cell phone outside and could not even hang up the call while rudely answering questions. Spoke to manager about and he acted like it was no big deal and did not even apologize for the poor service. The hide-a-way sleeper was not made and had no bedding or extra pillows in the room. We were offered a set of sheets but they had no blankets. A hotel has no blankets? There are no towel bars at all in the bathroom and 1 hook on back of door. Breakfast in the morning was just alright and the coffee was horrible in the room and at breakfast. I can honestly say that this is the last time we will ever use a Holiday Inn.

So-so

Posted Aug 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
The cost bothered me, I was quoted 105 and ended up paying 132, also asked for a single king, got a handicap, double queen. In addition room and adjacent room shared a door way and the other group was easily heard. The clerk was not very pleasant about anything. Good place needs a little more in the area of quest relations.
