Generally, waitresses treat Asians not so friendly as Europeans. That is my feeling.

Nice hotel, handy for arenaPosted Mar 17, 2015
Lovey comfortable hotel but breakfast needs looking at as had to waite in a long line for a table and then had to wait for more food to be brought out to self service counter. Must say breakfast was lovely but spoilt by the wait

Great value for money and brilliant location. The pool and gym was a huge bonus.

TerriblePosted Mar 11, 2015
Well what can we say.the air con wouldn't turn off do we reported it still waiting at 2.30 in.morning for them to come.we ordered room service the bill should have been 25.00 but no it was 35.15 tray charge 5.00. Plus cost of extra that we didn't ask for.then we decide to go for a facly should be 20% of but no they give us 10% off very very disappointed.we picked here as the rreviews was good but we couldn't say a good think at all.the staff are terrible we asked to speak to a manager nobody available.

We only stayed the 1 night but I wish we could have stayed longer! The hotel was gorgeous and so close to the centre of town! Great for a weekend away.

Nice hotel well located for city centerPosted Feb 24, 2015
After asking to be moved from first room (stank of cigarette smoke) we were quickly relocated to an outward facing room at the front of the hotel on the 4th floor next to the elevators. Room was clean & comfortable and quiet. Shame there wasn't a Jacuzzi in the spa area but the pool and steam room was nice. Breakfast was yummy with real ham not the plastic variety. All in all a good stay.

Enjoyable, gym, pool and sauna facilities are very good however got really busy midday on Saturday - that can only be expected. Only complaint would be that we never got offered robes and slippers when using the pool. Overall enjoyed staying at this hotel and would visit again.

Great hotel for Manchester ArenaPosted Feb 21, 2015
Pros: Location to the arena.
Cons: Toilets near the bar were a bit grotty.
Location: Manchester Arena!
We choose this hotel as close to Manchester Arena, it was just minutes down the road. It was about 25 mins walk from the main train station, on the outskirts of the city centre. Hotel had a nice bar, very busy after the show though as there didn't seem to be many other bars nearby. Room was clean and comfy, staff friendly, breakfast was lovely. Didn't have time to use the spa. It was unsurprisingly quite an expensive stay on Valentine's Day with a show on at the arena, but the hotel came round with heart sprinkled cup cakes after check-in, nice touch!
