Nothing terrible but nothing great eitherPosted Jan 26, 2015
Pros: It was clean
Cons: Lots could be improved, but the most immediate thing could be friendlier, more helpful staff.
Location: Close to Chinatown, so plenty of good restaurants nearby.
Staff not terribly helpful- they were okay, but just didn't seem interested in going the extra mile. Room was clean but really small and cramped. Bathroom was clean and almost bigger than the bedroom!

Nice hotel great locationPosted Jan 26, 2015
Pros: The room I was in has recently been upgraded, not that there was too much wrong with the rooms before. It just added to the feel good factor.
Location: Next to China town and a short walk to Piccadilly, a really central hotel.
My favourite hotel in Manchester. Pleasant staff, good bar and nice rooms.

Central location, great for Christmas shopping!Posted Dec 18, 2014
Very pleasant stay, staff polite and friendly. Room clean, fridge, safe, ironing facilities. Ate in restaurant for breakfast and evening meal. Buffet style breakfast, both continental and cooked. Pre order breakfast, on arrival slightly cheaper. Evening meal, limited choice, but reasonable. Would definitely book again.

Mooi in het centrum!Posted Nov 28, 2014
Pros: De ligging!

Fantastic city centre hotel.Posted Nov 27, 2014
Had an excellent, spacious room in a well appointed hotel (less than 5 minutes to Albert Square & Picadilly Gardens). The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

manchester centralPosted Nov 25, 2014
comfy beds, spacious rooms, polite staff, very clean, secure hotel with room card to operate lifts. To improve, would be better trained at local attractions and directions! parking a bit difficult to source, worth printing off car parking map before you travel. Would stay here again.

Close to all amenitiesPosted Nov 24, 2014
Cons: Just the shower
Location: Lots to do very cose to all shops, station, and eating places, bus stop just over the road could not be better. And the bus is free.
Really enjoyed our stay arora lov room although I do like a separate shower not in the bath it was hard to get the water just right it was really hot or went to cold, but apart from that everything was lov. The staff were really helpful everywhere was spotless, the breakfast was lov everything was hot and nothing was any trouble if you wonted a fried egg the staff would do u one. We would have had a drink at the bar but it was quite expensive, so we went out. The hotel was in a really great location 8 min walk to the shops and near pubs and eating places, when we go to manchester again we will definitely be staying hear again,
