Hip hotelPosted Jul 2, 2014
Loved the room. It was a nice loft with all the comforts. Unfortunately the bath tub was filthy.

nice place but shame about the noisePosted Jun 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
comfy & smart apartments only let down was noise from the outside, right next to tram station and clubs. back of the hotel seems a hot spot for "questionable business transactions", from about 3am it gets quiet, :) but if you're able to overlook those things it's a great place to stay

Nice but noisyPosted Jun 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great apartment but the location is opposite and me next to bars and clubs which even on a Mon night had loud music blasting until 2am. Good location if you plan a late night

Not a luxury stop but cheap and cheerfulPosted Jun 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
Perfect location for shopping and the Printworks. Impressed with the size of the apartment. Clean but not my clean! Bedroom furniture worn, drawers and doors on wouldn't close properly and bed a little uncomfortable and creaky. Apartment has everything you need for a base to pop in and out off. A lot of stag and hen party occupants which made it a little nosey at times. Doors slam loudly! Could do with a bit of a revamp but Would stay again though at the cheap and cheerful price we paid.

No internet. Not worth it.Posted May 24, 2014
The place was nice. Loud as it's across from a club. So loud music until 1am. And no internet. Not impressed with my stay.

Close to Phones4U ArenaPosted May 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
Address a little difficult to find - needs better direction/more information (even with Google maps we couldn't find it). Reception was efficient if a little 'cold'. Be aware that if you request a rollaway bed then there's an extra charge (wasn't clear on booking, but it wasn't a problem for them - reception was really good at dealing with the mistake). Apartment was clean and a good size. Furniture and fittings questionable though - wobbly bath taps, chipped/exposed wood/paintwork, drawers (in chest of drawers) in bedroom not staying closed, door and window in living room didn't close properly....just a few examples.... however, these didn't affect our stay (but still worth mentioning). HOWEVER, what we weren't prepared for was the NOISE that emanated from the bar downstairs! We're lucky in that we can sleep through anything - so if you require minimum/no noise at night, then this is not the place for you

Brilliant stayPosted Mar 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
Me and my girlfriend choose to stop in these apartments over booking a hotel room and don't regret it one bit . on arrival we were told they had no one bedroom apartments available so was given a 2 bedroom/2 bedroom room which we definitely couldn't complain about! The apartment was cleaned to high standard and had everything we needed for our stay and the location couldn't of been better we had the print works on the door step and just a short walk away to the M.E.N arena and arndale shopping centre. All in all a great stay and would definitely book again providing the price was right :)

NoisePosted Jul 1, 2013
Pros: Central location
Cons: Noise both within and outside the hotel
Location: Centrally situated in Manchester
The hotel was centrally located in the city centre, which we thought would be great, however, what the advert fails to mention is that it overlooks the busiest night club and bar area in Manchester, which was extremely noisy from about 7pm until about 4am in the morning. The apartment was comfortable enough, but not really hotel standard. The majority of guests appeared to be made up of either 'hen' or 'stag' crowds who believed that they had the right to bang doors, scream, shout run up and down stairs/corridors with total disregard for other guests. There were clearly displayed notices in lifts and foyer warning against anti social behaviour and that offenders would be robustly dealt with by management. However, there was no evidence of the management actually dealing with the offenders as described in the notices. Unless you are planning on being part of a 'hen' or 'stag' party, stay clear of this hotel.
