Fron the start the staff was fabulous. He handled the crowd that all walked in at the same time, quickly and pleasantly. I later found out he has only worked for the company two month. Rooms were so comfortable and inviting.

The staff was great, and very friendly at check in, and very helpful with trying to give me ideas about what to see and where to dine in Concord. The pool was nice and in good condition - great for kids and adults. The room was clean, and although it's close to the highway, very quiet. Breakfast was the same as one typically finds in these kinds of hotels - I arrived downstairs early and everything was hot and good.

Pleasent, had all needed amenities, very helpful and professional desk clerks, easy to get to, good location as far as access to local main street.

Nice place for the money. Indoor pool was very clean. Room was very nice. The free breakfast in the morning was the best I have ever had at a hotel. The assortment was unbelievable. The only glitch was the first night I stayed, the air conditioner was not working properly so I woke to a very humid room. When I mentioned it the next day, they sent someone up who reset something and it was icy cold from there.
