The hotel rooms are a bit dated. The elevator is out of order and the floor was wet by the window (hopefully a leak! 😬) also, no way to regulate the temperature- it was pretty chilly in our room!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the room was generally clean but..... when I arrived, there was a 2/3 empty bottle of water included with the courtesy water. The wastebaskets had not been emptied, and the coffee brewer had a used coffee pod. It appears that some retraining of the staff is warranted.

Thought it would be a little better.
It was ok, I was expecting a little bit higher level of condition of the hotel since it is a Marriot. It needs some updating, over all it was just ok. The staff was friendly and accommodating, though.

Very good hotel conveniently located
This is a very good hotel located conveniently to the Concord bus terminal, which is how I arrived. The staff was very helpful, the room was spacious and quiet, the exercise room was good, and the food options at the lobby shop were all positive features. It's what you would want and expect of a Courtyard, a reliable hotel option in Concord.

I didn’t get the room I paid for. When I inquired about it I got treated poorly by the manager. After giving me the wrong room and moving me to another room that still wasn’t right it was 1am. The next morning they were calling me to allow maintenance into my room. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had to be honest

They let us check in an hour early without issue which we were grateful for. Nice front desk staff. The king bed room was clean, the AC worked well, and the bed very comfortable.

The tub was filthy . The water was brown. And the toilet leaked when flushed . The manager on that night and the next morning was amazing , though. Very polite and had a great attitude.
