A/C unit noisy

Pros: Nice place. Only there to sleep so no opinion of the rest of the facility. It's a beautiful building. Parking garage is great.
Cons: Do something with the roof top A/C units though I know they are hard to silence.
Location: Hotel was really close to a gym facility where we spent the day watching a volleyball tournament so that was a real plus.
The roof top A/C unit was noisy and our room was on the 7th floor. I am a retired facilities director at a hospital so I know about annoying noises from roof top A/C units. Woke me a number of times in the night. If staying there again I would ask for a room on a lower floor. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay. We didn't really use any of the facilities. Just there overnight. Room was excellent, no complaints with that.

Clean room. Delicious food in the restaurant. An in-room refrigerator would have come in handy to keep leftovers from the restaurant.

Pros: the gym
Cons: bathroom fixtures rickety
Nice hotel. Good restaurant. Loved the gym. Lot's of equipment and a nice indoor pool area. The room fixtures were a bit old but clean. Conference rooms were comfortable but got overbooked on the last day.

Nice- but noisy

The room was great nice and clean- but could hear neighbors late in night as well as the furnace in room- I thought- was a bit loud. Shut our down but again could hear neighbors vibrating walls

Pleasant Stay

Nice Friendly staff. Clean Good Rooms. TV was subpar in my opinion. Could have used more brighter lighting in my room. Waitress excellent, breakfast was okay, selection could have been bigger. Stay again, no problem. Very conveniently located, great parking.

The room was fine...the bathroom was a little tired...peeling wallpaper...but the thing that bothered me the most...for it being a decent hotel...was the fact that they put the coffee maker and ice bucket in the bathroom. that is just gross.

I needed to stay for two nights due to the snow, and I was very happy for the respite. I was thrilled to see that a Starbucks cafe had opened in the lobby, and getting my Wall Street Journal is always a plus. It is the only hotel in the area with a garage, so not having to dig my car out made me very happy.

Overall a great stay...just needs a little help.

This hotel is beautiful upon entering and the staff are welcoming and very friendly. The restaurant was delicious - sightly overpriced, but acceptable for a one night girls getaway. The room was beautiful and comfortable. There were a couple of things that were a bit annoying. We only informed staff of the issues in the morning so there was no way for them to try to rectify it. The heater in our room continued to "clunk" on throughout the night waking us all up several times. The toilet (not the seat) needed to be tightened up - it seemed a bit loose. The hot tub needed some serious cleaning. That would have been the most disappointing part of it. And although we enjoyed the sauna there was no way to get water on the heat mechanism, so it wasn't really a sauna. I just want to reiterate though that the staff was very accommodating - we asked for several extra pillows and blankets and they didn't even bat an eye and were very quick to deliver.
