“Decent place except for breakfast”
The hotel itself is nothing special but would stay here again except for breakfast. I needed to have breakfast at the hotel before a meeting and the food was not really edible. Can not recall if I ever had breakfast that was this bad, adding it to the fact that we had to pay for this "food" just adds insult to injury.
“Good rooms & facility but food service needs improvement”
Comforttable room. Poor restaurant and food quality.
“Meh”
The door key machine was broken so they had staff following you to unlock your room. Hotel was outdated and seemed run down in general.
“some good, some not so good”
The beds were comfy and the room was nice, check-in was very pleasant and there was a shuttle to the Verizon Arena, which was great. Room service was a big plus. On the down side there was no TV remote in our room and after 2 calls we never got one. No bath mat and the kleenex box in the bathroom had been wet for a while - musty and mildewy.
“Clean and comfortable”
Great hotel for staying over one or two nights in the area. Room was clean, and bed and pillows were very comfortable. Also, it was very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.
“one king + a cot does not equal two queen beds”
We booked our stay over a month in advance, and reserved a non-smoking room with two queen beds. When we checked in, we were informed our room was no longer available, nor were any rooms with two queen beds. We were given a room with a king bed and a cot. In case you are wondering, two adults do not fit well on a cot. To make matters worse, the hotel did not even have a cot on site and had to go to another location to retrieve one for us, which took over half an hour. No refunds or discounts given. I would not stay at this Sheraton again.
“Convienent and Clean”
This is the second time we've stayed at the Sheraton Four Points. It is a bit more expensive (but not much) than other hotels in the area but it is worth it. And the on site resteraunt isn't bad either. Staff is friendly and helpful.
“Very Happy with our stay”
Very comfortable room, hotel staff very helpful, brunch on Sunday morning was very good.
“Not Impressed”
When I booked the hotel I thought it was the same one I had stayed at the last time I was in Manchester. I was wrong. For the same price a few months ago I had had a suite for less than the tiny room I had at the Four Points. The halls were dirty, though the room was fine. (There was an envelope on the desk requesting tips for the housekeeper) Kirsten at eh front desk was very helpful and nice, far more than I can say for the rest of the staff. The housekeeper, knocked on my door in the morning despite the do not disturb sign, which I had placed out. And finally, while I did not take the time to actually check the room and bed over when I stayed (I assumed they would be clean) I did discover the next day what appeared to be bed bug bits on my legs. I have no proof that there were bugs in the hotel, but I cannot explain where I recieved the bites any other way, I did not stay anywhere else.
“Okay for a one-nighter”
Positives first: The room was clean and I felt safe. The restaurant was great (albeit expensive). The chef really took pride in his work. I ordered coleslaw with my fish. The chef was not happy with the way the cabbage looked so he quickly sent an employee to the local market to get a fresh head and turned out the best coleslaw I’ve ever eaten! The extra wait was worth it. Now, areas for improvement: The room needed updating, not with decor, with basic amenities. For example, the air conditioner/heater was one of those old ones you'd expect to find in a Super 8 with low, high, and off buttons, a knob for heat or cool, worn off markings, and I couldn’t set a desired temperature. It took me hours to get the room comfortable; not expected at a Four Points Sheraton. Second, the bathroom floor was always wet. After I crawled under the sink I found a leak and told the front desk. I thought, “Why is the customer reporting this and not the housekeeper?” Third, the pillows were so limp I had to double them up and fold them like a taco to get comfortable. Lastly, the Four Points didn’t offer a complimentary breakfast…really? So, I ordered an omelet and coffee from the menu for $18.00! In summary, it was an okay stay for a single night but by morning I was ready to go.
