Solid choice

Stayed for a quick 1 night stay. Family of 5 (infant, 7, & 8 year old). We all stayed comfortably, and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning. Pleased with the choice

spacious suite but kind of tired

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: The rooms are very spacious. We had two bedrooms and two baths in our unit. It is close to the pool/breakfast. The location was good for our purposes.
Cons: The physical plant inside and out needs to look like someone cares.
Location: Bagel Alley is a great alternative for breakfast. The outlets are nearby and lots of restaurants over on 101A. Anheuser Busch Brewery with clydesdales
The staff is fine although they only cleaned the room two nights of 5 and then only because I asked. The inside is spacious but needs updating and cleaning. The outside is pretty shabby. They are undergoing a transition to Wyndham and nothing much has been done in years. The breakfast is also tired and boring although lots of variety just not great quality. They had French toast sticks 3/5 days. We went out two days...it was just so unappetizing. It is nice to have coffee all the time. The highway noise is bad in some buildings. I have stayed there before and the noise was not so bad.

Fabulous layout, great breakfast~

Posted Jun 25, 2014
Pros: Large room, great rate, full hot breakfast buffet
Location: Merrimack Premium Outlets are one mile away and easy to navigate to. Boston is an easy drive to round out a nice family vacation.
I really liked the condo-like layout of this hotel, suite in many buildings. We had a suite with 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, office area, full kitchen and toilet/shower separate from the vanity/sink area. It was an ideal setup for our family of 5. So refreshing not to have to squeeze 3 in a bed in order to keep costs down by booking one room for our family. The rate was fantastic and the proximity (one mile) to Premium Outlets made this a hotel I would definitely return to.

It has gone down hill.

Never received maid service. Stayed two days. Came in too late to complain. The room smelled like meldew. Pool was either not clean or cement was stained a brownish green. But, kids were swimming. The breakfast had rubbery waffles, no meat, coffee wasn't good either. I stayed the last three years in June to attend Ribfest. This will be the last time.

Enjoy the stay in that hotel. I am just disappointed with the breakfast they offer.

Family Comfort!

Posted May 25, 2014
Pros: Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, serving dishes.
Cons: Availability of some extra plates, glasses, and silverware would be nice.
In town for a college graduation. What a nice place to gather, relax, and recoup between events.

Convenient for Outlet shopping

Ok for a short stay and for Shopping at nearby outlet. It is located between two highways so most rooms are noisy. Spacious room with kitchen.

Cons: nothing
Had to book a last minute quick stay for an early morning business mtg. Hotel has the best price around. Room was super comfortable and fully equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice!

Posted Feb 18, 2014
Pros: Everything was in great shape and it was a large unit.
Took a last minute room to avoid a long drive home due to impending snow storm and couldn't have been happier with the room and the price. Spacious, fully furnished including salt and pepper shakers and bag of microwave popcorn! Very clean, large suite. Was like staying at a ski resort.

Snow Storm!

Posted Feb 18, 2014
Pros: Large rooms, good prices, breakfast
Cons: I would suggest putting families with small kids into one building, the kids upstairs got really noisy when I was trying to sleep.
Location: Merrimack Outlets very close but you need to drive, they offer a shuttle service too.
Stayed here on a Saturday night and knew it was going to snow, they were predicting 4-5 inches. I called for an early check-in before the snow hit and they had no trouble accommodating me. I had an early class Sunday morning to attend and was worried about snow removal, but they had plowed the driveways so everything was passable. The room was much nicer than I expected, the surprise was the fireplace, wasn't prepared for that! They sell logs at the front desk and soon I was sitting in front of the warm fire watching tv as it snowed outside. Please check out The Common Man restaurant probably a mile or two away, the food is so good and prices reasonable. I can't wait to stay here again. The morning breakfast hit the spot too.
