Madchester Inn
We stayed 3 nights wilst visiting family in Manchester. Our check in was pleasant, fast and they accommodated for my pet dog. The facilities are up to par, the breakfast is good to start the day, lots of coffee, tea and a bar to grab a pint or 2.

Don't stay, go to other holiday inn up the road
the room was ok, there is no sound proofing or AC, no plugs by your bed to charge things, kids where playing football in hallway untill 2am and people where having a party in there rooms, night staff could not be bothered to sort problem, Saturday morning staff was rude during breakfast and no time for customer, no food available for breakfast sure to how busy it was, lack of seat or room continually being asked to move so people could get pass, did not bother with breakfast on the second day and went to MC Donald's over the road, on check out explained our negative experience but felt it was ignore by staff member Beata, no offer of a sorry or refund due to poor stay,

Like to thank the Male Indian Receiptionist who was working on the 27th December in the late evening shift. Cant remember his name. Very kind and helpful. Huge thumbs up and the 2 ladies during breakfast time. Excellent serviec.

I was given a disabled adapted room which was ok. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The lighting in the room was however poor. One bedside light did not work nor did the desk light. Otherwise I had a pleasant stay.

Ok stay
Stayed here for 2 nights. It was ok. Breakfast was ok had vegetarian sausages, however the juice tasted quite watered down. Loved the microwave in the recepetion area very good facility as we were able to warm up anything we needed to hadnt seen this at other hotels but was so glad for it. An ok stay reception staff were helpful lifts working we were on the second floor. Overall ok stay.

Great hotel close to the Ethiad stadium
We visited Manchester so my son and his dad could watch a match at the Ethiad Stadium so the hotel was great as it was really close. We travelled as a family (including the dog) and the hotel was great for what we needed. Room was large enough for us all, breakfast was really decent and the hotel were great with my dog too. If we should ever go to another football match we would definitely stay here again

Given the size of the hotel and how busy it was, the staff worked hard to ensure we were comfortable. The place was clean. However, they could benefit from providing more variety for the breakfast. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly.

Wasn’t happy with the card only process on check in seeing as I had cash. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was very limited especially as one guest was gluten free and had run out of eggs. Not happening having to pay to park either.

I like the quietness, the availability of snacks and customer service. However the toilet was leaking water when you flush and my wife had a cut on her elbow because of the sharp metal holding the shampoo in the bathroom.
