Liked the room with a view from floor 9 plus floor length windows. Very comfortable and clean. Good having 4 towels. One disappointment was the meal at Marco Pierre White's. The quality and quantity of the meals were different for the three diners (that we were) but the service was very good.

Booked 2 rooms over 4 months in advance on Expedia and called up to extend the stay by one night because of the football fixture being changed. Was told on the phone that the total charge would be £120 but upon arriving I was told it’s £120 per room. No choice but to pay as I had travelled all the way. The shower facility was really bad ad the shower head would not stay in the holder and the pressure was really bad as well. Overall really annoyed that I had to pay £120 more than I was expecting but other than that no issues.
