DisapointingPosted Oct 21, 2014
Cons: Don't leave coffee out in a flash in the restaurant with cups available then charge people for it after they have finished drinking it, it was junk.
Location: Location was similar to being on the moon, nothing to do.
The room was small and dismal, the wardrobe was old. The coffee in the restaurant was £3 a cup. In general the price paid was £49 and worth it, if it was at the listed price then it is not. Its also very remote so unless you are just sleeping its not suitable.

Until the next time ...Posted Oct 19, 2014
An excellent hotel with clean up to date decor and an excellent breakfast selection. Staff very helpful and friendly. The only critique was that the room was a little too warm but nevertheless will be happy to recommend and visit again

Good facilities good locationPosted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: Pool, breakfast and staff
Cons: Could do with an upgrade to the rooms furnishings and corridors .. Looking a bit tired
Hotel pool and gym make it a good stay for families and the hotel is close to the motorway for touring around the north west

Nice hotel friendly staffPosted Jul 28, 2014
Came to stay for the ironman bolton, hotel staff were very friendly which was greatly appreciated. Only problem I can mention is the heat of the room, it was a very hot day and the room had no air conditioning which made it very difficult to sleep. That being said though was the only problem, if it had air conditioning the hotel is a very nice hotel and would definitely recommend to others. Depending on the air con sit will stay next year when partner does ironman again!

Nice HotelPosted Jul 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
Nice clean hotel. Good value for money would stay there again. If your choice is here or the Whites at the rebook stadium id stay here. Only draw back is it will take 10 mins to get to the motorway in rush hour.

Too HotPosted Jun 10, 2014
Pros: The room was very clean.
Cons: All of the above
On a summers evening this is not the hotel you want to be in. There is no air con in the room. There home TV screen is not very good it takes 5 minutes to navigate through all of their serivces before being able to switch to BBC1. None of the other digital channels worked.

Pleasant stayPosted May 30, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, good food and communal bar area
Cons: Two chairs in a double room! Quieter guests in the morning (or possibly better soundproofing in the corridors)
It's a great hotel a little 'out' of the normal thoroughfare but incredibly close to the motorway (but not close enough for noise issues). Good facilities (especially the swimming pool complex)
