I did like the food and the service at Their Current Restaurant, other than that, I could not Check in for many hours when I arrived, then the next day Saturday 4/06/24 when I came back to the room in the afternoon,, they Had Not Clean The Room, I called and they said "You have to request it", I was NEVER Advised of this Unacceptable Rule when I checked In any a Hilton Hotel

Fabulous place to stay! Only downside is having to pay for parking and pay for breakfast. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property and super aesthetic. I guess there is a problem with crime in the area because even tho I paid 300 each night for two nights. They still needed my ID to get back to my room even after they watched me get off a badge access only elevator. The security guard is awesome and the over night attendant is great as well. But ID checks are heavy. If you are a smoker or a city dweller make sure and at least carry your ID or they will give you a hard time. I don’t like to carry important information on me in unknown city’s and leave it in my room 9/10 times. But don’t do that here. I also did not get my security deposit back after I did a thorough clean on my room. The single king bed rooms are nice but the walls are paper thin so keep this in mind. I will say though on my next trip to Manchester this will be one of my top 3 picks!

The emphasis on security and ID checks, while intended to ensure guest safety but we understand your preference to not carry your ID around in unfamiliar cities. The issue regarding the security deposit and your experience with room cleanliness and soundproofing will also be addressed to ensure a more satisfactory stay. Despite these concerns, it's encouraging that you would still consider this hotel as a top choice for future visits to Manchester. I like the digital key it was convenient but the only thing that wasn’t convenient was parking and the outside door to come in doesn’t work with the key.

I enjoyed the breakfast (which you have to pay for) as well as the aesthetics of the property. The pool area was nice and comfortable and the selection of equipment at the fitness center was excellent.

Our stay was pleasant and we will be back. The restaurant/Bar had a nice ambience and their signature cocktails were unique and delicious. The room was spacious except for the shower which is tiny. The temperature unit would not shut off using the wall console - repeated attempts. The room was so dry I finally threw a wet towel over the ac/heater and that kind of worked. The sheets were stained (there were blood stains too) and the furniture was super dusty. No bottled water in the rooms. The pool is pretty small too and was packed every time we tried to go in so keep that in mind if that’s a draw for you. Despite these minor things our stay was nice, the staff was very helpful and kind, and the welcome cookies were delicious!

Tv does not have YouTube access. No microwaves in room. Phone in room static and quick dial buttons for service did not work. On day two we did try dialing 0 and got front desk. Phones are not labeled. Front desk did help once we discovered how to reach them.

The room had a blower that blew cold air on us all night. The water in the shower also never got hot-it was tepid at best. Other than that the rest was fine

Amazing hotel!
Wonderful hotel, friendly and easy going staff, clean rooms and very comfortable bed, clean pool. Walking distance to SNHU arena and close to great restaurants and cafes. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for making our trip so pleasant!

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly. I would not recommend breakfast room service though unless you are checkin' out in the am.
