Terrible hotel staff!!

First of all I reserved a king bed and they put me and my wife in a room with two beds separated. I stayed two nights and nobody came to room to clean and organize in the second day. Whe I called the service room at 5 pm someone came and just organize the beds and did not bring new towels. The only good service that this hotel has are in the restaurant. The equipments in the gym were broken. There are extra charges for everything.... Never will be here again... The worse thing is that the stuff instead of solve our problema they try to give excuses and are not friendly.

Fabulous customer service!

We had terrific service! The front desk staff were very accommodating. We arrived early and they held our bags for us at the desk. We went to the pub to have lunch, which was very good, and a front desk representative located us in the pub during our meal to let us know the room was ready when we were. Everyone was so pleasant, especially the man tending bar in the pub on 2/16 at lunch and the ladies at the Spa Within. They called an additional massage therapist in to accommodate our request for a massage prior to departing on 2/16. While I waited for my friend to have his massage, the ladies urged me to recline in one of the pedicure massage chairs and relax. We were offered a beverage or they would put in a room service order for us to have delivered to the spa if we wanted anything, even a margarita! We came to see a concert that was cancelled due to snow. When we return in July for the rescheduled concert, we'll definitely be staying at the Radisson!

Weekend getaway

We were only there one night. Would have liked to been able to try the pool/fitness gym or the spa services but time did not permit. It was an easy walk to the Verizon Center which was where we were headed for the evening.

I am sorry that you did not have time to experience our new "Spa Within", which is a full service salon and spa offering hair, skin and nail care along with massage and medical services overlooking the beautiful park and downtown area. The fitness club also has modern technology and the pool offers a jacuzzi and saunas in the locker rooms...please come back and stay longer! We accommodate so many guess visiting the Verizon Wireless arena as it is right across the street, making it so convenient.

Best hotel for a best friend get away!

Had a best friend get away and we had a blast. Hotel is beautiful and location is perfect for walking to restaurants and bars. Room next door was whooping it up at 3:30 am but security quickly responded when we called and quieted them down.

Pass on sleepnumber bed

Radisson Hotel Manchester Downtown was a fabulous stay! Clean, refreshing, comfortable bed and pillow and friendly staff. Close to all the places, restaurants and appointments that I needed to be. Very business traveler friendly. Highly recommend you stay here!

Clean hotel but pool area was disappointing

Pros: the staff were helpful and the room was quite clean
Cons: the temperature of the air in the pool area was very chilly. The hot tub jets were not working.
The staff were helpful and courteous, the room was quite clean and comfortable. The pool area was just 62 degrees. It was quite chilly and the hot tub jets would not turn on and the temp was just 98. My kids really look forward to swimming and enjoying the hot tub when we stay at a hotel and this was a real disappointment.
