“Dirty”

Hotel needs updating, rugs were dirty and stained! WAY OVER priced drniks and food @ the bar!

“They need to address emergency lighting issues”

We have stayed here before and we've always been satisfield. Hotel employees try to be courteous. Room and facilities are clean. This weekend was a record storm with heavy wet snow - power went out at 9:30 and never came back on. Obviously we don't hold the hotel responsible for no heat or hot water - it was out of their control, but we were very disappointed that the exit signs were not lit and there was no emergency lighting in the stairways and we were on the 4th floor. The hallways were completely dark and there was no emergency light of any kind in our room. Fortunately I had a cell phone that I could use as a flashlight but what if it were an elderly couple - the phones were out as well.

“convenient location”

what can I say, dustiest rooms I have ever seen, furnace did not function, after calling front desk, we got a choice to move or not to move...?...of course we moved to another room, only to find out the room was warm, but a smoking group must have just left the" nonsmoking" room...........after no appolgy at all we got moved again, now we got a room with 2 twin beds..........we did not complain, but were very disappointed, since originally we booked 2 queen beds.Anyway, than we thought we need a drink at the bar, only to find out they were out of almost everything we ordered, I have never experienced anything like this.When we checked out, nobody asked us, how we liked our stay, nobody said anything about sorry about the inconvenience etc......very unfriendly reception staff

“the castle hotel”

My two daughters and I stayed here overnight to be closer to home for my grandfather's funeral. At such a glum time, it was nice to see smiles on their faces when we pulled up to the hotel that looks like a giant castle. They have seen the hotel from the highway to visit family and always wanted to stay there. They were not disappointed.

“Ok for the $.”

Stayed one night. Rooms were comfortable but really basic with no amenities like MW or fridge. AC unit was a bit noisy but worked well. TV was adequate but tube version not yet upgraded. Halls were showing their age with lingering smells of long ago cigarettes, aged carpeting, moderate lighting and some damaged walls. Reception desk and greeting areas were nice and updated. Did strongly appreciate the attached gym with pool, steam room, showers and cardio room. Business center had no working computers which was a bummer but they had free and easily accessible online access in the rooms. Think this one is good for conference or large gathering. Price was very fair for what we got. But would spend a bit more for a more modern place in the future.

“Disappointed in Nashua”

Having stayed in Radisson hotels in years past brought us here again. We were disappointed for the following reasons: Booked a king w/ Sleep number bed. Rec'd twins instead. (very comfty but still not a sleep number nor king). Front desk upon arrival was not overly helpful in getting us checked-in. We had to roam the halls to find a cart to bring our luggage up. When I called to ask about internet access..Wi-Fi was only available in lobby and conference rppms. Although dial-up was available in rooms. The carpet in the hallways and room conditions could use an upgrade for guests to feel more like the 3 star rating this hotel was given, Only coffee was available in early morning for those who start early. Continental breakfast was not an option. Our stay lacked friendly, smiling and helpful staff . And that was very disappointing. Vacation is for fun and enjoyment in happy surroundings. This trip fell short in that area.

“Would definitely stay there again”

Great hotel and accommodations. The spa and gym were one of the best I have seen in a hotel. Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet. The only complaint is that the hotel and the staff will tell you that they serve breakfast until 11:30 but two of the three days we were there, they shut down around 9:00 and the one day they were open until 10:30, everything in the buffet was cold. Definitely catering to the business people staying at the hotel when it comes to breakfast.

“Very nice hotel at a good price”

The hotel was very nice and clean. The beds were good and it has a gym and a swimming pool. Very thing that one needs and the staff were very friendly.
