First trip to the East Coast

Posted Jul 24, 2015
Beautiful hotel. Beautiful area. Close to town with crazy traffic and roads for someone from the Midwest. Check in procedure not the best. No one can check in early then come back to take our rooms. Instead everyone gets checked in together which causes a wait. Breakfast was a bit pricey.Other than that I had a great stay. Gym and pool area was awesome.

It was ok

Posted Jul 16, 2015
The hotel room Itself was clean and comfortable but the halls were humid and the carpet had an odor. The restaurant food was pretty bad and there were fruit flies in our water. Also only one waitress/bartender all night. She was nice and worked hard to take care of everyone.

Beautiful hotel

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: Pretty, comfortable, clean. Pool looked very nice. We did not have time to use it.
Cons: Some staff could be reminded that happy people are more likely to return.
Location: Location is in Nashua, NH, near Daniel Webster Parkway. There is shopping nearby and plenty of restaurants, but you do need to have a car.
I have wanted to stay at one of these hotels ever since they were first built. I was not disappointed. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. I had one minor issue where the person at the front desk said I would have to wait until 3 to check in. We sat in the lobby and waited. My husband fell asleep in his chair. Meanwhile, another person started working at the front desk and I noticed that she was checking in people before 3. I asked her if we could check in and she said that we could. It seems that this person was doing her best to be helpful, which I greatly appreciate, whereas the first person did not really care.

Pros: Main areas were very clean. Pool was spotless although they could have used more chairs. Not enough seating.
Cons: Our hotel room was not cleaned while we were there. Husband had to take the trash down the hall because the can was overflowing.
Location: Centrally located to many areas we visited.
Overall, it was a nice location and the hotel was very clean.

Great facility, disappointing service.

Posted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: Location, architecture.
Cons: Speed of service.
The building, price, and amenities were excellent, but the hotel is seriously understaffed. Service at the restaurant was slow, and housekeeping did not make up our room during our three-day stay.

Clean but that's it

Posted Jul 4, 2015
Arrived at hotel at 9:30pm. Check in was from 3pm on. But at 9:30 our room was 'not ready'!!!! They were still cleaning!!!?? I had driven 20 hrs to get there and they were going to offer me 2 free drinks from the bar while I waited for my room? Wow! Poor customer service no amenities! After paying that much I wou have expected something! The room was plain and very small! I had hoped for some comfort when staying at a hotel for a week!

Convenient to interstate highway and shopping.

Posted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: I liked the unusual architecture of this hotel.
Cons: Put a fridge and microwave in every room. Add free breakfast, warmer lighting to the entry lobby, cozier seating arrangements, concierge, luggage car
Location: The location of the hotel was close to shopping and the interstate.
Check-in was easy, but there were not luggage carts available. The staff was courteous and polite. However, certain nuances of hospitality were lacking. My room was not automatically cleaned the second day of my stay, which was very disappointing after having been at a conference all day. I had to request that my room be cleaned. I also overheard another guest request that her room be cleaned.

Good Location.

Posted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: The location is great.
Cons: Clean it. Make the hotel more user friendly. Never know where anything was unless you had smartphone, I figured that out on the last night.
Location: Everything you could imagine was with in a 10 ride as far as shopping/restaurants. 18 minutes to Lowell were we were attending a conference.
paper thin walls and ceilings, you could hear everything. The doors slam when people go in and out and shake the walls. Beds were good, the price was right but the bathroom very dirty.

What they don't mention....

Posted Jul 2, 2015
The staff was very nice, they just had a lack of urgency. There were just a few issues. I was staying with my husband and our 3 kids. My youngest is a year old. When I booked the room, 2 months ago, they had a column for specific requests. I asked for a crib in the room. I called the hotel after to booking to confirm they received my request. I also asked about having a refrigerator and microwave. They confirmed my requests and told me the microwave and refrigerator would be an extra 10.00 each per day, which was fine for me. I told them I wanted to make sure I had everything ready for my kids. I even called back 2 days before check in to confirm once again. I get to the hotel an hour after check in and they nicely tell me that the refrigerator and microwave were at a first come, first serve basis. They did not tell me that over the phone the two times I called. They did however, offer to house anything that needed to be refrigerated in their back fridge. That idea would not work for us, since my son drinks whole milk and sometimes wants a bottle in the middle of the night. They said they would put us on a waiting list, and they did not notify us, at all to tell us whether we are getting it or not. We asked everyday. We stayed for 3 nights/ 4 days. That worked out fine for us. They did not empty the garbages, refill the towels, soap, coffee, sugar, or tea unless requested. We did request some things, and they either came very late or didn't come at all.
