“Loved our stay at this Hotel”

“Even with obv renovations it was a pleasant stay”

The hotel was top notch and even with the obvious renovation on our floor which we had to walk by, we were not disrupted in our time there. Pleasant experience all around.

“Lovely experience”

Although this hotel was older than I expected the condition of the hotel was excellent. The staff responded to every need going well above what was expected. I found the phone not working in the room and within minutes a new phone was delivered to the room. I couldn't print my boarding passes and was given front desk clerk computer to do the printing while the tech was working on the computer. Things go wrong but I never had a hotel respond so quickly to fix an issue. I will return the next time I'm in the Boston area even if it means a longer drive. My stay was perfect, relaxing, and enjoyable.

“They really care”

Staffs were super kind. They really care. The lobby and the bar on the 1st floor were well placed and decorated. Room was clean and spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to rent a refrigerator.

“A nice hotel with a Castle theme”

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Only real complaint was that a number of rooms (mine included) did not have room numbers on them. The signs had fallen off and it was difficult to locate our room because of this. They had a decent, though somewhat pricey breakfast buffet.

I have stayed at this hotel before, and as always have enjoyed my stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Whenever I need to go to Nashua, I will stay here.

“a very satisfied person”

I was extremley satisfied with my room. The people at the front desk were very polit and made sure that my room was up to par. I also liked the fact that they put all of our group near each other. The room was very clean with lots of soap and towels. I also liked that it was a non smoking room and I think hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. My complements to the dining staff also.

“Great place, great service and great pool.”

Overall, really great place for the money. Somewhat fun for the kids too since the place is shaped like a castle.
