small room but ok

Posted Oct 29, 2014
Pros: the d├ęcor of the room was nice but the fact that there are no carpets was very good. I hate the smell of old carpet.
Cons: Coffee maker and microwave in very room.
Location: the location is great. its very close to the highway, restaurants and even a shopping mall.
The room are very small but well decorated and new floor , it clean as well. I just wish a had at least a coffee maker in the room. The location is very convenient , it s close from everything.

Ok, but won't stay again

Posted Sep 16, 2014
We live in CT but all my family is in MA so if we visit for more than one day we like to get a room. I thought we would try red roof inn especially since we have the dog and it's easy access to outside. Staff was friendly and we were able to have the dog stay free. Room was really small and dusty, and the thermostat didn't seem to work so it was really hot. Toilet didn't flush very well. Walls are thin and there are always people walking by your door late at night. Also our neighbor decided to fix his car at 7am on Sunday by banging it and then yelling for help. Was ok for a weekend to just sleep but I'll stay elsewhere next time.

Not what we expected

Posted Sep 13, 2014
We booked this hotel because of the pictures on Expedia of the rooms which looked clean and contemporary but when we arrived our room was small and dull and the furnishings where dull and not like the pictures . When we asked if we could upgrade we were told we couldn't as we had booked through Expedia and then found out we had paid, for what would normally be f the upgraded room anyway but got a basic room. We felt as if we had been had over!!!!! We thought the whole idea of booking through Expedia was that we had got a good deal!!

Convenient and fairly cheap, although the room smelled terrible!

Don't think I would stay there again

Posted Jul 29, 2014
The only thing I like about this place was so close to Canobie Lake. I had 2 rooms both on bottom floors which is fine but they smelled like wet mold . Not very pleasing when you had a long day with kids at park. I don't think I would tell my friends to stay here. I know I wont I will spend a little extra to atleast not have a room that smells.

The front desk staff

Posted Jul 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
The front desk staff(I believe her name was Deb... she was on shift until 11pm) went above and beyond her job to make us happy and help us.The morning staff was also a great help and very pleasant. We will be returning in the future!
