The hotel location was good in city center, nearby shopping center Arndale, hotel staff was warm welcoming.

Hotel was in an excellent location, the staff was extremely helpful in suggesting restaurants, giving travel directions, etc. The maid service was also excellent, and the breakfast buffet (which was included for 2 of the 3 days) was outstanding.)

“Great Hotel, but no Gym??”

The hotel was fantastic except for two things. 1. There is no gym inside the hotel. If you want to go workout, you have to get a pass and go down the street a ways. Not the end of the world, but not exactly the pinnacle of convenience either! 2. Air conditioner happy. If it's 13 degrees and raining outside, I seriously doubt that you need to have the airconditioner on full blast, especially when I leave my room with the air off and come back to find it turned down to 15 degrees.
