had layover at airport and this was priced betterPosted Mar 5, 2014
Cons: more comfortable bed
Location: walking to mcdonalds and holiday inn restaurant
hotel was fine for a short lay-over. across from the holiday inn which has a pretty good dining facility. offer free shuttle in the morning, even at 4.30am

Smoky, gloomy hotelPosted Feb 22, 2014
Cons: Get rid of the smoking rooms. The whole place including the elevator smelled strongly of smoke.
Location: Close to downtown Manchester.
When we checked into the hotel we were told that we had a smoking room. We are not smokers and did not want a smoking room but were told that that was the only room left. We were not aware of the smoking room until check-in. If we knew before, we would have cancelled the reservation. The room smelled so bad and I was afraid of bed bugs that I went out and bought Lysol and sprayed the whole room down. We could not wait to get out of there.

Location: Airport nearby
Cheap, Trashy, Dirty, Smelly, Worth paying more for a different hotel, I will never stay here again.

Fairly close to airport.Posted Jan 2, 2014
Staff were friendly but did not schedule my morning shuttle to the airport. Room was clean, but old and mattress uncomfortable.

In every way a budget hotelPosted Nov 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
Was staying to participate in the Manchester City Marathon. Location and price dictated this purchase. In retrospect we should have paid more for better accomodations; the front desk was very inflexible about working out a late checkout for anyone participating in the marathon. It was a frigid day and at the end of 26.2 miles we really could have done without changing in our car. Passable accomodations but still disappointing.

Not bad, not greatPosted Oct 29, 2013
Cons: Needs updating, better pricing
Acceptable for a night near the airport but a bit pricey, should be about $20 less like most Super 8's
