a wonderful alternative to chain hotels.Posted Jan 17, 2015
Pros: Love the historical setting, with upgraded rooms and all amenities,,i.e. wi-fi
Cons: The daily housekeeping was not completely done. Had to request clean glasses.
Visit to mom in assisted living nearby- 4 day stay. After original room was not acceptable, we were upgraded to a suite. It was a beautiful, quiet, comfortable room.

Very good in every respect except in house dining was quite expensive compared to other restuarants and hotes nearby.

Gorgeous hotel! Friendly staff, exceptional service! Only thing I can complain about was not getting a king bed at check in because they were full.

Everything was just fine - a comfortable, convenient stopover after Cape Cod and an afternoon shopping at Merrimack. The restaurant was excellent. Friendly, welcoming staff.

Concord gemPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: the contrast between old building and new accomodations
Location: close to downtown Concord but not much to do in town
we pulled in the driveway after midnight and we were wondering if we were going to regret our choice but once inside, all was wonderful. the welcome, the room, the breakfast the next morning. I wanted to stay forever. very modern room, very clean, great bed. if you are in the area, definitively recommend.
