A little bit of history...Posted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: Our experience says it all.
Imagine staying in what was once a home for "Civil War" widows! The Centennial is just that. Nicely renovated, comfortable accommodations, welcoming staff and fine cuisine is what The Centennial has to offer their guests. Conveniently located right off of Interstate 93 in Concord, NH, it was within minutes of our family celebration in Bow, NH. Just perfect for visiting in the future. The experience was more than anticipated. Good job Centennial.

Pros: Great service. Nothing was a problem. Had the most sensational meal at their Granite Restaurant.
Location: 10 minute walk into Concord with places of historical interest such as the State House. Close to Lake Winnispesaukee and scenic drives.
Room was beautiful. Had delicious home baked goods on the bedside table each night. Staff really looked after us.

what a gem!Posted Mar 30, 2015 on Hotels
We stayed here with family to see a show at the performing arts center in town. Everything about our stay was wonderful- staff, room,(did I mention the macaroons they put in our room in the evening!!) location and of course- the restaurant! We ended up eating both dinner and breakfast the next morning at the hotel as the food was exceptional! We will definitely stay here again!

We arrived very late but it was no problem. Were given a warm & friendly greeting. Convenient location to UNH Law school and to downtown Main Street. Great restaurant on premise. Room was very comfortable.

We'll be backPosted Mar 10, 2015 on Hotels
This was our first time staying here and we will definitely stay here again next time we are in town. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and nicely decorated. The building itself has great character (the outdoor porch railings could use a little paint) but not outdated. I noticed they also have charging stations in the parking lot for those with electric cars. The restaurant in the hotel was upscale and the food was very good at a reasonable price.

a wonderful alternative to chain hotels.Posted Jan 17, 2015
Pros: Love the historical setting, with upgraded rooms and all amenities,,i.e. wi-fi
Cons: The daily housekeeping was not completely done. Had to request clean glasses.
Visit to mom in assisted living nearby- 4 day stay. After original room was not acceptable, we were upgraded to a suite. It was a beautiful, quiet, comfortable room.
