Great breakfasts, room a bit run down

Posted Jul 26, 2015
Pros: location, breakfasts
Cons: room condition
Location: Manchester, NH. Convenient to many local museums and restaurants.
We spent four nights in Manchester, NH. We welcomed the kitchenette and the breakfast each morning was a welcome way to save money. There was a good selection of breakfast items for a continental breakfast. The only negative was the odor in our room; slightly mildewy or musty. The room appeared clean, but perhaps the carpet had been soaked at some point without drying? It didn't bother us enough to change rooms, but it's something to watch for. The hotel is in a good location, near Willow and 293, that made getting around Manchester quite easy.

Loud

Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Dogs ok
Cons: Sound proofing
People upstairs were crashing things until 1 am. We called desk. It continued. Hence no sleep. Second night same thing with a bonus. 4 calls to our room at 1145pm with no one on other end. Hang ups . Hence no sleep again. Place is decent but it you want to sleep. Forget it

Honeymoon

Posted Jun 3, 2015
Pros: Friendliness of staff and location
Cons: Smell of room was musty... may be from changing over from heat to air conditioner though.
Location: There is a mall within walking distance and an outlet mall within 10 miles. Restaurants and convience stores within walking distance.
When checking in the front counter lady was very nice and pleasant. She was able to answer all of our questions through out our weekend stay. Upon entering the room for the night, we discovered our television did not have any channels, the front desk did not hesitate to switch our room and she even offered to help move our belongings to the new room. Excellent guest service.

Super clean, smelled new,bed a bit firm ,kitchen fully equipped, could the noise From guests up above.I requested a top floor room but was given a difficult time by the check in female staff. The girl in the morning was far more pleasant and nice. There is a walking path outside the hotel, location was quiet, could not hear traffic or airplanes taking off from airport. All in all,a super good stay.

Very attentive staff, only one I had issues with. Other than that everything was amazing.
